I’ve said it earlier. They’re letting him run because they know the 2020 election is lost and the ones who want to run in 2024 don’t want to be seen as someone who’s already lost an election.
I’ve been served an ad on YouTube multiple times where Biden says “I’m coming directly to you for ask a quick favor.” This is an official campaign ad, which means they likely had an unlimited ability to re-record and this was the best they could get.
