Maduros, targets Nicolas Maduros, director of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thenewamerican.com\/us\/gun-owners-of-america-files-suit-against-new-jerseys-one-gun-a-month-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gun Owners of America Files Suit Against New Jersey\u2019s \u201cOne Gun a Month\u201d Law<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The pro-Second Amendment group Gun Owners of America (GOA), along with its sister organization the Gun Owners Foundation,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/gov.uscourts.njd.550353\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">filed suit\u00a0<\/a>against New Jersey\u2019s Attorney General Matthew Platkin, challenging him to defend the latest attack on Second Amendment rights in the Garden State.<\/p>\n<p>The attack, clearly an act of derision for and challenge to the Supreme Court\u2019s ruling in\u00a0<em>Bruen<\/em>\u00a0(<em>New York State Rifle &amp; Pistol Association, Inc. v.
