Randy George, and\/or Vice Chief of Staff Gen. James Mingus regarding the designation of pro-life groups or individuals as \u201cterrorists.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Judicial Watch made a subsequent FOIA request to Special Command Operations, U.S. Army Reserve, Fort Liberty, NC, a component of the Army, for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\">Records related to the designation of the National Right to Life Committee or any other pro-life organization as \u201cterrorists\u201d in anti-terrorism training materials used by Fort Liberty.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\">All emails of Garrison Commander Col. John Wilcox regarding the designation of pro-life groups as \u201cterrorists\u201d in Army training material.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsb=\"white\">A photo\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wral.com\/story\/fort-liberty-responds-to-slide-calling-anti-abortion-groups-terrorist-organizations\/21520553\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\" data-ogsc=\"\"><span data-ogsc=\"blue\" data-ogsb=\"white\">reportedly<\/span><\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\u00a0circulating on social media shows one slide from a presentation used to train soldiers. The slide, titled \u201cTerrorist Groups,\u201d lists several groups, including National Right to Life and Operation Rescue, and \u201copponents of Roe v. Wade.\u201d The Army responded to the news report, saying the material had not been vetted correctly.<\/span><span lang=\"EN\" data-ogsb=\"white\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN\">\u201cLet\u2019s be blunt \u2013 the radical leftist Biden-Harris administration is trying to set our military against conservative American citizens,\u201d Judicial Watch Tom Fitton said. \u201cAnd that we have had to sue after being denied basic records about the Army\u2019s targeting of pro-life Christians makes the scandal worse.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">In his data-ogsc=\"black\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.judicialwatch.org\/air-force-academy-instructional-materials-include-presentations-on-critical-race-theory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"
