When a sitting president\u2019s personal doctor refuses to answer whether he was told to lie to the American people, it\u2019s not just troubling\u2014it\u2019s damning.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t some minor bureaucratic hiccup or a routine legal maneuver\u2014this is the doctor who, for years, stood between the American people and the truth about Joe Biden\u2019s fitness for office. Now, when given the chance to clear the air, he chooses silence.<\/p>\n<p>Although O\u2019Connor had<a href=\"https:\/\/pjmedia.com\/matt-margolis\/2025\/07\/09\/joe-bidens-doctor-stonewalls-investigation-into-health-cover-up-n4941590\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00a0previously refused to cooperate<\/a>, somehow, pleading the Fifth now instead of answering those two questions looks worse.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s not pretend this is normal. O\u2019Connor\u2019s refusal to answer even basic questions about Biden\u2019s condition raises the obvious question: What, exactly, is he trying to hide?<\/p>\n<p>Of course, we all know the answer. For years, the Biden White House dismissed legitimate concerns about the president\u2019s health as partisan attacks, hiding behind carefully worded reports from O\u2019Connor. Those glowing annual assessments were the backbone of the cover-up, reassuring the public while Biden visibly declined.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s be clear: O\u2019Connor\u2019s refusal to answer questions isn\u2019t about medical ethics\u2014it\u2019s about political damage control. This is the same doctor who repeatedly vouched for Biden\u2019s fitness while the public watched a very different reality unfold. If there\u2019s nothing to hide, why not answer questions? Why invoke your right not to incriminate yourself?<\/p>\n<p>Comer said it is \u201cclear there was a conspiracy to cover up\u201d Biden\u2019s cognitive decline.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/09\/us-news\/biden-doctor-kevin-oconnor-pleads-fifth-rather-than-answer-questions-about-ex-prezs-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Post<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The only question O\u2019Connor did answer before the deposition concluded was confirming his name, according to an Oversight spokesperson, who pointed out that doctor-patient privilege would have allowed the witness to answer at least some questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dr. Jeffrey Kuhlman, who served as physician to the president during Barack Obama\u2019s first term, agreed with that interpretation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cIn my opinion, [the first question] doesn\u2019t involve HIPAA,\u201d Kuhlman told The Post.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As for the second question, Kuhlman advised, \u201cI don\u2019t think that\u2019s covered by HIPAA,\u201d because it \u201cdoesn\u2019t sound like that\u2019s specific health information that they\u2019re seeking.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When asked whether he would answer questions under oath that don\u2019t directly relate to a patient\u2019s health, Kuhlman said: \u201cIn my role as a physician caring for a patient, I probably would.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dr. O\u2019Connor\u2019s refusal to answer questions about Biden\u2019s health isn\u2019t just a legal tactic\u2014it\u2019s an admission that there\u2019s something worth hiding. The American people have every right to demand answers.
