Minneapolis Mayor Who Attacked Prayer Now Moves To The Next Amendment Of The Bill Of Rights<\/a><\/p>\n

Democratic Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey attacked gun ownership and the Second Amendment during an MSNBC appearance on Wednesday in which he doubled down on dismissing prayer.<\/p>\n

Frey\u2019s initial comments\u00a0criticizing<\/a>\u00a0those who prayed came during a Wednesday morning press conference after an active shooter\u00a0opened fire<\/a>\u00a0during an all-school mass held by the Annunciation Catholic School on Wednesday morning, killing two children and wounding at least 17 other people. Frey praised \u201cother countries\u201d that passed sweeping gun control after shootings while appearing on \u201cThe Briefing with Jen Psaki.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have more guns in America than people. Say that again. We have more guns in America than people. Why? Why is it so easy to get a gun? Why is it so easy to get a whole heap ton of guns? Why is it that you can buy a gun virtually every month if you wanted to? What good is that?\u201d Frey ranted to host Jen Psaki. \u201cWe\u2019re not talking about your father\u2019s hunting rifle. We\u2019re talking about people that have gotten guns that seemingly \u2014 in this case, legally \u2014 that obviously have a whole ton of mental health issues.\u201d<\/p>\n
