Multiple people were killed and at least 13 remain unaccounted for following a \u201cdevastating blast\u201d at a\u00a0Tennessee\u00a0bomb factory Friday morning, according to officials.<\/p>\n
The massive explosion was reported around 7:45 a.m. local time at the Accurate Energetic Systems plant at the Hickman-Humphreys County line, west of Nashville.<\/p>\n
Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis confirmed to reporters there were \u201csome\u201d fatalities and that there are people still missing, but did not provide numbers<\/p>\n

\nThe blast impacted \u201cone whole building\u201d of the property, he said. The factory is located miles away from any residences and businesses.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re trying to take as much time as is needed right now. We\u2019re prioritizing people that are involved, their families and trying to be very compassionate toward them,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
