{"id":112781,"date":"2025-10-21T16:18:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-21T21:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=112781"},"modified":"2025-10-21T16:18:45","modified_gmt":"2025-10-21T21:18:45","slug":"112781","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=112781","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/2nd-amendment\/2025\/10\/20\/triggered-accountant-arrested-allegedly-shooting-man-over-trump-flag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Triggered: Accountant Arrested After Allegedly Shooting at Man over Trump Flag<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"subheading\">An accountant from Georgia is under arrest after allegedly pulling down Mark Thomas\u2019s Trump flag, then shooting at his residence while Thomas was standing on the front porch.<\/p>\n<p class=\"subheading\">The incident occurred on September 6, 2025, in Swain County, North Carolina, and the\u00a0<em>Daily Mail<\/em>\u00a0reported the arrest on October 20.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-15199105\/north-carolina-trump-supporter-shooting-arrest.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">According to<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<em>Daily Mail<\/em>, Thomas purportedly spotted Campbell slamming on his brakes and screeching to a stop after seeing the Trump flag waving from a bus on Thomas\u2019s property.<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter, Thomas watched surveillance cameras as Campbell allegedly \u201c[emerged] from his Jeep Cherokee\u201d wearing an \u201cantifa-style mask\u201d and began trying to pull the flag down.<\/p>\n<p>Campbell was allegedly able to rip the flag down.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas went out on his porch with a rifle and fired warning shots into the air and Campbell, who had gotten back into his Jeep, circled around and allegedly fired several rounds at the home.<\/p>\n<p>WLOS\u00a0<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/wlos.com\/news\/local\/georgia-man-extradited-swain-county-trump-flag-vandalism-gunfire-rafting-business-owner-paddle-inn-company\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">noted<\/a>\u00a0that Campbell was arrested and \u201cis charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury, discharging a firearm within an enclosure to incite fear, and willful and wanton injury to personal property in connection with the\u2026incident.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The surveillance video showing Campbell\u2019s alleged actions proved to be key in helping deputies make a determination in the matter \u2014 and an arrest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Triggered: Accountant Arrested After Allegedly Shooting at Man over Trump Flag An accountant from Georgia is under arrest after allegedly pulling down Mark Thomas\u2019s Trump flag, then shooting at his residence while Thomas was standing on the front porch.
