Sheriff: Oklahoma homeowner hit attempted thief with baseball bat, shot him<\/a><\/p>\n

one man is now in custody after being shot by a homeowner in Tulsa County.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday night, deputies with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting in the 5900 block of South 59th W. Ave.<\/p>\n

When deputies arrived, they spoke to a homeowner who said a man came onto their property, threatened to steal his truck and told him he would kill him if he resisted.<\/p>\n
