Don\u2019t DSA the USA, Protect Liberty to Stop Communism<\/a><\/p>\n

There\u2019s a dark mood creeping into American politics that has even the most die-hard gun control politicians worried. Democrats, typically (but not always) aligned with gun control, are facing the prospect of their political party turning their gaze to complete control.<\/p>\n

Enter the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA).<\/p>\n

These candidates for political office aren\u2019t your grandfather\u2019s Democrats or even limousine liberals. They can\u2019t even honestly call themselves socialists. They\u2019re cosplaying communists who are shredding any pretense of respect or admiration for the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n

This is what George Orwell warned of in his novel, \u201c1984.\u201d They want complete and total control of the American government, including openly calling for abolishing of the U.S. Constitution, tearing down the balance of powers between the three branches of government, destroying of Department of War and most ominously, seizing the \u201cresources and production.\u201d<\/p>\n

Make no mistake. Controlling the firearm and ammunition industry would be on the top of that list.<\/p>\n

Who is the DSA?<\/h4>\n

The DSA has been making waves by striking out against Democratic candidates in primaries. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America. Most notably, disgraced former Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate, Graham Platner, the fabled \u201coyster farmer\u201d whose scandal-ridden past finally crashed his run for office, is an avowed member of the DSA.<\/p>\n

But Platner wasn\u2019t democratic by any means. He was\u00a0full-on Communist<\/a><\/strong>. That was uncovered in his previous online postings, which he attempted to delete. Holding his hand the whole way along was\u00a0U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(I-Vt.). That\u2019s the same Sen. Sanders who\u00a0honeymooned in Moscow<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in 1988, while the Communist Soviet Union was still in power.<\/p>\n

Platner\u2019s rise and inglorious immolation only emboldened members of the DSA. More candidates are on tickets in\u00a0New York, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida<\/a>,\u00a0Michigan and Wisconsin<\/a><\/strong>. Democrats, who are notoriously anti-Second Amendment, are suddenly finding themselves having to defend against a communist flank in their own party.<\/p>\n

That should concern everyone who believes the U.S. Constitution is the founding document that guides America\u2019s form of government and protects Second Amendment rights. The DSA\u2019s party platform essentially calls to tear it all down. They would burn it to rule over the ashes.<\/p>\n

DSA Platform<\/h4>\n

The\u00a0DSA\u2019s platform<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0includes abolition of the U.S. Senate (sorry, Sen. Sanders for losing your job), replacing the President of the United States and U.S. Supreme Court with an Executive and Judicial Branch that would be subordinate to what\u2019s left of Congress.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not reforming the U.S. Constitution. That\u2019s complete annihilation of it. The first\u00a0three articles of the U.S. Constitution<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0set up the federal government\u2019s Legislative, Executive and Judicial Branches. Each branch is\u00a0co-equal and is a check and balance<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0on the other.<\/p>\n

The DSA would give their new form of government complete authority, with the Executive and Judiciary subservient to the authority of what\u2019s left of the Legislative Branch. It\u2019s spelled out in their platform where they call for \u201ca new democratic constitution<\/a><\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The DSA platform also espouses seizing control of the means of production. The DSA\u2019s\u00a0Constitution & Bylaws state in Article II<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that \u201cWe are socialists because we share a vision of a humane social order based on popular control of resources and production\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Further, in 2018, the\u00a0DSA explicitly called for the repeal of the Second Amendment<\/a><\/strong>, stating, \u201c\u2026 the only way to guarantee that we will dramatically reduce acts of violence involving guns is to remove guns from society\u2026\u201d The DSA called for adoption of a 28th<\/sup>\u00a0Amendment, repealing the Second Amendment and the prohibiting of \u201cmanufacturing, transportation or importation in or into any State, Territory, or possession of the United States for delivery or use therein of pump-action, semi-automatic or automatic firearms.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s not just ending an individual right to keep and bear commonly-owned firearms (the DSA would \u201callow\u201d individuals to maintain ownership of single-shot firearms), it means the DSA would seize control of the firearm and ammunition industry, since the DSA platform calls for \u201cpopular control of resources and production.\u201d<\/p>\n

That\u2019s full-on communism, which is\u00a0marked by brutal violence<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Cosplaying Communists<\/h4>\n

The DSA\u2019s New York City Co-Chair Gustavo Gordillo was\u00a0grilled by Fox News\u2019 Martha MacCallum<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0on the party duplicity to end American democracy when even his own family escaped Maoist communist guerillas in Peru. Gordillo attempted to twist that by blaming the violent communism on \u201ccapitalism and American imperialism.\u201d<\/p>\n

MacCallum wanted to ensure the answer was clear.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey come here because they don\u2019t like the imposition of American imperialism in the country that they\u2019re in,\u201d she asked. Gordillo answered, \u201cYes\u2026\u201d MacCallum responded, \u201cThat doesn\u2019t make much sense.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hasan Piker, the online agitator who stokes antisemitism and aligns with the DSA, showed the movement\u2019s true colors. He addressed a recent confab of the national College Democrats of America group while wearing a clothing outfit that closely\u00a0resembled former communist dictator Mao Zedong<\/a><\/strong>. It shouldn\u2019t be lost on any student of history that Mao enforced state control of who could possess firearms when his Communist party took control of China in 1949,\u00a0declaring<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0that \u201cAll political power comes from the barrel of a gun. The Communist Party must command all the guns; that way, no guns can ever be used to command the party.\u201d<\/p>\n

It is estimated that 65 million Chinese died through Mao\u2019s communist policies of execution, imprisonment and forced famine.<\/p>\n

The DSA are cosplaying Communists. And it\u2019s shaking up even the most ardent gun control voices. Van Jones, a former special advisor to President Barack Obama, political analyst and CNN host and self-described \u201cprogressive Democrat,\u201d\u00a0posted to X<\/a><\/strong>, \u201cLeaders in both parties called to tell me the same thing: this stuff has gone too far.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bill Maher, comedian and political talk show host who is described as a \u201cmoderate liberal,\u201d told ABC\u2019s Jonathan Karl that he\u2019s open to voting for Vice President JD Vance, should he run for office, because of the left\u2019s lunacy.<\/p>\n

\u201cOK, I\u2019ve read the quotes from the DSA platform from their own mouths,\u201d Maher said, referring to the organization DSA,\u00a0according to The Hill<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cDon\u2019t tell me I\u2019m not seeing what I am seeing. And DSA, again, they say things like \u2018takeover of key industries\u2019 \u2026 That\u2019s communism. You know, there is a definition.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jake Altman was a former DSA member, who is now warning that the DSA is bent on destroying America and its fundamental identity. He\u00a0told Fox News<\/a><\/strong>, the DSA is \u201cperfectly willing to cohabitate with Maoists, with Trotskyists, with Leninists\u201d \u2014 groups determined to rip down America. They are \u201cPeople who want to pull down American institutions and are very clear about it. People who have this thrill to violence. That is just profoundly troubling at a time when our country is already facing many, many problems.\u201d<\/p>\n

Protect Liberty<\/h4>\n

That\u2019s why protecting liberty is more important than ever for those concerned about freedom, their Second Amendment rights and the ability for the firearm industry to provide the firearms they choose to own. The\u00a0Protect Liberty Political Action Committee (PAC)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0launched with the express goal of electing candidates who are dedicated to preserving and protecting liberty, freedoms and the Constitutional rights of all Americans. This especially includes the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Protect Liberty PAC will take a leading role and be more dynamic and outspoken in the electoral process in order to protect the firearm industry, beginning at the ballot box.<\/p>\n

Protect Liberty PAC is a \u201cSuper PAC,\u201d founded to elect viable candidates who will protect the firearm and ammunition industry and defend Americans\u2019 freedoms enshrined in the Bill of Rights. This PAC will expressly advocate for the election or defeat of specific candidates. Advocacy will be completely independent of any candidate or political party.<\/p>\n

The firearm industry cannot afford more legislative and regulatory attacks from Washington, D.C., partisans who seek to end the lawful commerce in our industry. The balance of power in Washington, D.C., rests on a razor\u2019s edge, and Protect Liberty PAC will focus on federal elections to ensure American freedoms have a bulwark. The battle lines are drawn and the stakes are high.<\/p>\n
