Let\u2019s look at this statement more closely.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/olegvolk.net\/gallery\/technology\/arms\/P90_engineeredsilence_trijiconRMR_designmachinemount_D6A1151web.jpg.html?g2_imageViewsIndex=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/olegvolk.net\/gallery\/d\/53915-2\/P90_engineeredsilence_trijiconRMR_designmachinemount_D6A1151web.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>The Secret Service staff are civilians. Police officers are civilians. All government organizations other than\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.military.com\/join-armed-forces\/us-military-branches-overview.html\">the five branches of the military<\/a>\u00a0are civilians. Secret Service agents have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States_Secret_Service#Current_weapons\">access to submachine guns like the P90 above, as well as much more powerful weapons<\/a>. Why? Such arms are useful in protecting lives of the people they are trying to keep alive. Quite a few regular Americans \u2014 such as stalking victims \u2014 face daily risks at least as severe as those faced by the political elite.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/olegvolk.net\/gallery\/technology\/arms\/RDB_bodyguard_child_7248web.jpg.html?g2_imageViewsIndex=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/olegvolk.net\/gallery\/d\/48033-2\/RDB_bodyguard_child_7248web.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><figcaption>The same is true of Trump\u2019s family members.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>So we have plenty of examples of civilian government employees using modern guns unavailable to the rest of the population to protect themselves. In addition to government employees, corporations (\u201cspecial occupational taxpayers\u201d) can own guns denied to the general public.<\/p>\n<p>These corporations are definitely civilian structures, yet they own all kinds of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gd-ots.com\/\">high-tech weaponry<\/a>\u00a0far exceeding mere small arms in scope. Apparently, lots of civilians have a use for modern guns.
