Montalvo reported:<\/p>\n<p>HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found one male lying in the street unresponsive and another male (shooter) still on scene.\u00a0 HFD paramedics pronounced the male in the street deceased.\u00a0\u00a0The shooter, 29, surrendered his weapon to officers.<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary investigation determined the deceased male robbed\u00a0the other male and both men exchanged gunfire.\u00a0 The deceased male was shot.\u00a0 The other male was uninjured.\u00a0 Officers recovered property on the deceased male and learned the property belonged\u00a0to the shooter.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses stated they saw a white Chevrolet Impala fleeing the scene after the shooting.\u00a0 The vehicle, with damage from the\u00a0shooting, was recovered nearby, but unoccupied.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Don&#8217;t bring a toy gun to a <em>real<\/em> gunfight.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/abc30.com\/lindsay-shooting-liquor-store-robbery-armed\/6132307\/\">Clerk shoots armed suspect trying to rob liquor store in Lindsay<\/a><\/p>\n<p>FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) &#8212; A store clerk shot an armed suspect who tried to rob a liquor store in Lindsay on Sunday night, police say.<\/p>\n<p>Lindsay police officers responded to the store on East Honolulu Street at around 10:40 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Officials say three young men barged into the store carrying at least one weapon. The store clerk took out his own gun and fired at the suspects &#8212; shooting one of them.<\/p>\n<p>The injured suspect was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center and is expected to be OK.<\/p>\n<p>Police say they recovered a replica weapon from the crime scene.<\/p>\n<p>The other two suspects ran away after shots were fired. (AP) \u2014 Minot police said Monday that a 39-year-old man was fatally shot after he allegedly entered another man\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p>According to police, a resident in northwest Minot called authorities early Saturday to say he had shot an unknown man who entered his home and threatened him. Officers arrived to find a dead man inside.<\/p>\n<p>The dead man was identified Monday as Christopher Lee Reader of Minot. The name of the man who lived at the residence was not released.
