DUE TO RECENT EVENTS, IN\r\nORDER TO ENHANCE SAFETY, MINIMIZE AMBIGUITY, AND\r\nREDUCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR MISCALCULATION, ALL\r\nVESSELS ARE ADVISED TO MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE\r\nOF AT LEAST 100 METERS FROM U.S. NAVAL VESSELS\r\nIN INTERNATIONAL WATERS\/STRAITS. ARMED VESSELS\r\nAPPROACHING WITHIN 100 METERS OF A U.S. NAVAL\r\nVESSEL MAY BE INTERPRETED AS A THREAT AND\r\nSUBJECT TO LAWFUL DEFENSIVE MEASURES.
