Florida burglar climbing into home killed by falling window<\/a><\/p>\n

A freak accident involving a falling window killed a\u00a0Florida<\/a>\u00a0burglar, according to a report.<\/p>\n

It happened Saturday during the\u00a0attempted burglary<\/a>\u00a0of a home in Lehigh Acres,\u00a0NBC 2 Fort Myers<\/a>\u00a0reported.<\/p>\n

Jonathan Hernandez, 32.\u00a0(Lee County Sheriff’s Office\u00a0)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Lee County Sheriff\u2019s Office said Monday\u00a0that the window killed Jonathan Hernandez when it slammed down on him as he was climbing through it.<\/p>\n

The incident report says the window came down on the 32-year-old man\u2019s neck, the station reported.<\/p>\n

Deputies found him dead when they arrived on the scene.<\/p>\n

Tyrone Lane told the station he and Hernandez were friends. He questioned the account of what happened.<\/p>\n
