WOW: North Dakota House Passes Bill Making Mask Mandates ILLEGAL, Bill Sponsor Calls Mandates \u2018Diabolical Silliness\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n

The North Dakota House of Representatives has passed a bill that will make any future mask mandates illegal in the state.<\/p>\n

Monday\u2019s vote passed 50-44 and is now heading to the state senate.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur state is not a prison camp,\u201d the bill\u2019s sponsor, Rep. Jeff Hoverson, said.<\/p>\n

The state\u2019s Republican Gov. Doug Burgum had put a mask mandate in place three months ago, but had previously expressed doubt about if mandates were really the way to go.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

They aren\u2019t.<\/p>\n

The Newton County Commission in Missouri passed an ordinance that criminalizes the enforcement of any federal law that infringes upon the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.<\/p>\n

To further justify the legislation, the \u201cSecond Amendment Preservation Act of Newton County Missouri\u201d cites the state\u2019s own constitution:<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cAll federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations passed by the federal government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people\u2019s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in the county,\u201d the act reads.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Newton County Second Amendment Preservation Act will nullify any unlawful federal restrictions on firearms that may be passed under Joe Biden\u2019s administration.<\/p>\n

The legislation also stipulates that\u00a0\u201cany and all federal agents trying to enforce the regulations listed in Section (1) shall be subject to arrest by the Newton County Missouri Sheriff\u2019s Department,\u201d and \u201cthe Newton County Missouri Sheriff\u2019s Department shall be given the full authority to make the arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce the regulations listed in Section (1).\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n

I\u2019ve mentioned these actions before, but I\u2019m doing so again because they are important.\u00a0 We will have to remove as much of America as we can from the federal power, which has become a tyranny operated by oligarchs and communists.\u00a0 And we have to start doing so from the very lowest levels.<\/p>\n

Push your local representatives to represent your wishes.\u00a0 If those wishes contravene the federal tyranny, all the better.\u00a0 Secede from their laws.\u00a0 Nullify them.\u00a0 Let your battle cry be, \u201cI will not.\u00a0 And you can go fuck yourself.\u201d<\/p>\n

Indiana, which already has a reasonably liberal concealed carry law, is now pushing toward statewide constitutional carry.\u00a0 I\u2019ve contacted my state senator and representative already, and I am going to try to organize some sort of get together locally where my friends and neighbors can also express their wishes on the matter.<\/p>\n

Do this everywhere you can, or at least support those who are trying to do this.<\/p>\n

UPDATE:\u00a0 When I say \u201cnullify them,\u201d I also mean using jury nullification as it was constitutionally intended:\u00a0 As a bulwark against tyranny and tyrannical laws.\u00a0 If you are seated on a jury to try some patriot for resisting a tyrannical law, never vote to convict.\u00a0 Try to achieve an acquittal, but at least get a hung jury.\u00a0 Don\u2019t tell anybody what you are doing or why you are doing it, just do it.\u00a0 Don\u2019t attempt to avoid jury service.\u00a0 It is one of our most basic protective rights.\u00a0 Use it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
