It has been sent to the Senate for further consideration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scstatehouse.gov\/sess124_2021-2022\/bills\/3096.htm\">House Bill 3096<\/a>\u00a0allows a law-abiding adult to carry a handgun without first having to obtain government permission. This ensures that citizens have the right to self-defense without government red tape or delays.
