{"id":72958,"date":"2021-10-07T07:28:32","date_gmt":"2021-10-07T12:28:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=72958"},"modified":"2021-10-07T07:28:32","modified_gmt":"2021-10-07T12:28:32","slug":"72958","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=72958","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.postguam.com\/news\/local\/barbershop-burglary-suspect-on-parole-for-2013-break-in\/article_285ee922-1f51-11ec-84c7-0bf707e1521b.html\">Barbershop burglary suspect on parole for 2013 break-in<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A man accused in a burglary at a Dededo barbershop earlier this month was on parole for a separate burglary case.<\/p>\n<p>Albert Torres Tedtaotao, 48, had just been released from the Department of Corrections in July 2020 in connection with his 2013 burglary conviction.<\/p>\n<p>According to prison records, Tedtaotao was also arrested in 2012 on charges of burglary, theft of property, fraudulent use of a credit card, and criminal mischief.<\/p>\n<p>He was also arrested in 2002 and 2004 on separate burglary charges.<\/p>\n<p>On Sept. 15, Tedtaotao broke into Dave\u2019s Barber &amp; Beauty Shop in Dededo when he was caught by the owner removing coins from the cash register, court documents state.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators learned the suspect allegedly used a crowbar to pry open the typhoon shutters and glass.<\/p>\n<p>The owner told the suspect to stop and to leave the shop before the suspect allegedly rushed toward the owner with what he believed was a pistol in his hand.<\/p>\n<p>The owner then pointed his firearm at the suspect and shot him, documents state.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect was taken to the hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound to his chest.<\/p>\n<p>Tedtatotao, in this latest case, faces charges of burglary as a second-degree felony with intent to commit theft.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barbershop burglary suspect on parole for 2013 break-in A man accused in a burglary at a Dededo barbershop earlier this month was on parole for a separate burglary case.
