Melvin Castillo.<br \/>\n\u201cThe caller said they had heard an argument and, then, a gunshot,\u201d Castillo said.<br \/>\nWhen the deputies arrived, they found Jesse Pheifer of Cliff dead, and the suspect, Michael Matuch.
