{"id":76437,"date":"2022-01-23T17:21:38","date_gmt":"2022-01-23T23:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=76437"},"modified":"2022-01-23T17:21:38","modified_gmt":"2022-01-23T23:21:38","slug":"76437","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/milesfortis.com\/?p=76437","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/01\/23\/the-economist-growing-diversity-of-gun-owners-is-bad-for-gun-control-advocates\/\">The Economist: Growing Diversity of Gun Owners Is \u2018Bad for Gun-Control Advocates\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>The Economist<\/em>\u00a0pointed to the growing diversity of gun owners in America and noted that it is \u201cbad for gun-control advocates.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.economist.com\/united-states\/2022\/01\/22\/gun-ownership-in-america-is-diversifying-because-of-safety-fears\"><em>The Economist<\/em><\/a>, a study by of Northeastern University shows that of the millions of first time buyers between January 2019 and April 2021, \u201chalf were female, a fifth black and a fifth Hispanic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moreover,\u00a0<em>The Economist<\/em>\u00a0noted that \u201cthe share of black adults who joined the gun-owning ranks, 5.3%, was more than twice that of white adults.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The demographics are a marked shift from 2015, when first time gun buyers \u201cskewed white and male.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gun ownership changes things, thus\u00a0<em>The Economist<\/em>\u00a0observed that people who own guns \u201care more politically active around gun issues than non-owners.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote data-dnt=\"true\" data-width=\"550\"><p>The Biden Family&#8217;s arrogance and corruption are astounding.
