It will now go back to the House for concurrence.\u00a0<strong>Please ask your delegate to CONCUR with the Senate on HB 4048 WITHOUT further amendments.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wvlegislature.gov\/bill_status\/bills_history.cfm?INPUT=4048&amp;year=2022&amp;sessiontype=RS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">House Bill\u00a04048<\/a>\u00a0affirms that it is lawful to possess loaded and\/or uncased long guns in vehicles. This ensures that law-abiding citizens may carry the firearms of their choice, in the manner of their choosing, with them in vehicles.
