White House Rushes To Clean Up Disastrous Remarks Biden Made About Putin During Speech<\/a>.<\/p>\n The White House was forced to once again clean up highly problematic remarks made by Democrat President Joe Biden during his trip to Poland this week.<\/p>\n \u201cA dictator, bent on rebuilding an empire, will never erase the people\u2019s love for liberty,\u201d Biden\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0on Saturday at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. \u201cUkraine will never be a victory for Russia, for free people refuse to live in a world of hopelessness and darkness. But they take a lot of inspiration from us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n The Biden administration had to swiftly clean up after the president by issuing a statement claiming that his position on deploying U.S. soldiers had not changed.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThe president has been clear we are not sending U.S. troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position,\u201d the administration said.<\/p>\n The administration also had to\u00a0clean up<\/a>\u00a0remarks that Biden made on Thursday when he said that if Russia were to use chemical weapons in Ukraine, \u201cit would trigger a response in-kind.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0the U.S. has \u201cno intention\u201d of using chemical weapons and that what Biden meant was that Russia would pay a \u201csevere price.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd I won\u2019t go beyond that other than to say the United States has no intention of using chemical weapons, period, under any circumstances,\u201d Sullivan said. \u201cI will just say, with respect to any use of weapons of mass destruction \u2014 nuclear, chemical, biological \u2014 Russia would pay a severe price.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The White House staff has to continually ‘Clean Up’ after SloJoe.
