The Pfizer CEO recently lobbied the FDA to approve a fifth shot in the fall, which is expected to be approved.<\/p>\n<p>An interviewer first drew attention to the \u201cchallenges\u201d being faced by big tech companies in combatting \u201cvaccine information\u201d during a sit-down with Bourla. \u201cCorrect me if I\u2019m wrong, but I believe I\u2019ve heard you talk about those who would deliberately peddle misinformation as \u2018criminals.\u2019 Is that something that you stand by?\u201d Bourla was asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYes, I do,\u201d replied the Pfizer CEO. \u201cBecause they are literally [costing] lives.
