Thirty-eight percent (38%) think stricter gun control laws would help prevent mass shootings, while another 11% are not sure. These findings are virtually identical to a\u00a0<\/span><a class=\"pf-delete\" title=\"Most Voters Don\u2019t Think Gun Control Can Prevent Mass Shootings\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/current_events\/gun_control\/most_voters_don_t_think_gun_control_can_prevent_mass_shootings\" target=\"_self\" data-pf_style_display=\"inline\" data-pf_style_visibility=\"visible\" rel=\"noopener\"><span class=\"text-node\">March 2021 survey<\/span><\/a><span class=\"text-node\">, when President Joe Biden called for new gun control measures in the aftermath of two mass shootings.
