That injunction was in effect for about a week before the 9th circuit reversed it.<br \/>\nDuring that week anyone could\u00a0 -legally- buy, and retain, magazines that had been previously banned. It was called &#8216;Freedom Week&#8217;.<br \/>\nWhat this did, in effect, was make possession of <strong><em>all<\/em> <\/strong>previously banned magazines legal in California since there is really no way for the state to prove someone<em> didn&#8217;t<\/em> buy them during that week<br \/>\nThe case, still at the 9th circuit, was remanded back to him last week with the instruction to rehear the case, taking SCOTUS&#8217; Bruen ruling into account.<br \/>\nSo the Judge made his original injunction effective again.
