I will not stand idly by while rogue progressive activists in California attempt to eradicate the freedoms of law-abiding gun owners that are enshrined in our Constitution,\u201d said Attorney General\u00a0<span class=\"markit6t80fss\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Bailey<\/span>. \u201cI am proud to stand in the gap with my fellow attorneys general to protect our God-given rights.\u201d<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>The State of California aims to use the \u201cUnsafe Handgun Act\u201d to chill firearm commerce.
