\nprovisions are enjoined:
\n-the portions of \u00a7 134-A(a)(1) that prohibit carrying firearms
\nin parking areas owned, leased, or used by the State or a
\ncounty which share the parking area with non-governmental
\nentities, are not reserved for State or county employees,
\nor do not exclusively serve the State or county building;
\n-the entirety of \u00a7\u00a7 134-A(a)(4) and (a)(12);
\n-the portions of \u00a7 134-A(a)(9) prohibiting the carrying of
\nfirearms in beaches, parks, and their adjacent parking
\nareas; and
\n-the portion of \u00a7 134-E that prohibits carrying firearms on
\nprivate properties held open to the public.<\/p>\n
