Seems like it is doing a pretty damn good job at keeping people safe overall.<\/p>\n<p>It kinda seems like your standard for \u201csafety\u201d is \u201cdo what we say\u201d, not the actual results. That\u2019s why you give violent hellholes like Illinois and Maryland high grades despite their horrid results.
