(Pennsylvania) House and Senate Republicans Issue Letters Calling on Congress to Dispute Pennsylvania’s Electors, Law Enforcement to Review 2020 Election.

HARRISBURG – Members of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and Pennsylvania Senate on Friday sent a series of letters that would help stand up for Pennsylvania’s election integrity and ensure the voice of Pennsylvanians concerned with how the 2020 election was conducted is heard.

Those letters include:

• A letter to Pennsylvania’s congressional delegation outlining the reasons why they should dispute the slate of electors certified by Gov. Tom Wolf.

A letter to Pennsylvania’s attorney general requesting he appoint an independent prosecutor to review any election irregularities, to ensure the statutes governing the state’s election laws were not violated, and to make recommendations to the General Assembly concerning further internal control policies.

A letter to the Pennsylvania inspector general requesting a review of the Department of State’s internal policies and procedures during the 2020 General Election; a review of any IT issues, specifically server issues and election website glitch errors; a review of internal control policies of the SURE System; recommendations for the Department of State to improve internal controls; and recommendations to improve coordination between the Department of State and counties.

Regarding the letters, the following members made statements:

Pennsylvania Speaker of the House Bryan Cutler (R-Lancaster):
“The unconstitutional actions of an activist court created confusion and delays for every voter in Pennsylvania. These letters are a continuation of actions the Legislature has taken for months to restore our election law, and the public’s trust in our election process.”

Pennsylvania House Majority Leader Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin):
“I am alarmed and incredibly concerned about the numerous process failures, mistakes and reports of misdeeds in the 2020 election. Regardless of their political affiliation, we want people to feel confident in the election process. While we constitutionally cannot act as a Legislature to fix these problems at this time, there is action that can be taken to ensure the integrity of our election is upheld and the voice of Pennsylvanians is heard. I hope that the law enforcement entities and our members of Congress take these letters with the seriousness and concern they deserve to ensure the rule of law is followed and the people of Pennsylvania truly have access to free, fair and secure elections.”

State Rep. Seth Grove (R-York):
“As the General Assembly is constitutionally barred from interfering with election results, we are developing every possible option and tool at our disposal to bring transparency and accountability to the 2020 General Election.”

Trump Attorneys Produce Video Alleging Georgia Ballots Were Hidden in Suitcases.

The Trump campaign legal team presented video during an emergency hearing in Georgia Thursday that allegedly shows election workers in Fulton County hauling out suitcases full of ballots after poll watchers were told to go home for the night. Ballots were then counted for at least two hours without witness supervision.

“I saw four suitcases come out from underneath the table,” a witness explaining the video, which was presented by Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, said. “What are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots? Why are they counting them when the place was cleared out with no witnesses?…These machines can process about 3000 ballots an hour. You have multiple machines there and they’re there for two hours. How many ballots went through those machines and those two hours when there was no-one there to supervise, be present to supervise, to be present, consistent with [Georgia] statutes and rules.”

Meanwhile, the person in charge of Fulton County elections didn’t show up for the hearing where the footage was presented.

BLUF:
What we do know in summary, is that there was a server in Germany that was obtained by the US. We also know that a team of military cyber specialists have the traffic and packets sent to Germany during the 2020 election. This is good news for Americans who want to know the truth about the 2020 election.

What’s Going On with the Server Reportedly Obtained in Germany Related to the 2020 Election?

There are plenty rumors concerning the server obtained in Germany after the election.  Here’s what we know.

On the Monday following the election, President Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper.  Christopher Miller, who serves as director of the National Counterterrorism Center, replaced Esper.  Esper held his own press conference in June to announce that he would not follow President Trump’s orders and protect the White House from Antifa and  BLM rioters who were burning down DC.

Without Consulting Trump White House — Defense Secretary Esper Orders National Guard NOT to Carry Guns or Ammunition in Washington DC

Then in one of his first moves on November 18th, Acting Defense Secretary made military special ops report directly to him along with the Secretaries of the Army, Navy and Air Force:

Acting Defense Secretary Christoper Miller announced Wednesday that U.S. Special Operations Command will now report directly to him, putting it on par with the service branches.

At about the same time on November 16th we heard from Rep. Louie Gohmert that people on the ground in Germany report that Scytl, which hosted  elections data improperly through Spain, was raided by a large US ARMY force and their servers were seized in Frankfurt. Continue reading “”

Nevada ‘fraud’: 1,500 ‘dead’ voters, 42,248 voted ‘multiple times,’ RV camps as ‘homes.’

The Trump campaign on Wednesday unveiled a tranche of information it plans to present to a Nevada state court Thursday that suggests there were thousands of fraudulent votes cast — possibly enough to overturn Joe Biden’s win there by 33,569 votes.

Officials said that among the evidence and expert testimony to be presented in Carson City are indications that over 1,500 ballots were cast by dead voters, that 42,248 people voted “multiple times,” data on a huge spike in incomplete voter registrations, and home addresses in temporary RV camps and casinos. Georgia group founded by Stacey Abrams under investigation for seeking out-of-state, dead voters.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has launched investigations into several groups, including one founded by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, for seeking to “aggressively” register “ineligible, out-of-state, or deceased voters” before the state’s Jan. 5 Senate runoff elections.

Raffensperger’s office on Wednesday said the investigations are into groups including America Votes, Vote Forward and The New Georgia Project — which was founded by Abrams and previously chaired by Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock.

Raffensperger for weeks has issued warnings against efforts to register individuals who are ineligible to vote in Georgia’s runoff elections or to encourage people to come to Georgia with the sole purpose of casting ballots. Continue reading “”

Four Weeks After Election Day

We’re now four weeks out from election day. It’s early in the evening but within a few hours after I post this, people four weeks ago would have concluded Trump had won, and gone to bed. That’s when the industrial scale cheating started. I won’t go into all the reported incidents of fraud, and so many aspects that are statistically, and even physically impossible, because they’ve been covered in so many places. There is so much evidence of fraud here that only those deliberately not looking at it could dismiss it. I’ve heard several people say that we send observers to monitor the elections in other countries and they wouldn’t approve this one.

It looks to me like the first big problem is there are tens of thousands of pages of evidence, hundreds of lawyers to deliver them, dozens of expert witnesses, a case that would take a month to do justice in court and a deadline that has to be proven in a week. The second big problem we have is that the government officials that would be the defendants in those cases have proven that they won’t listen to a judge’s orders and I’d be less than surprised if people told to preserve evidence were actively destroying it as I type. A large number of judges and elected officials are perfectly happy with the fraud. They don’t want those pesky American citizens interfering with the election. Continue reading “”

New Trump Lawsuit Claims Wisconsin Counted 221K Illegal Votes, ELEVEN TIMES Biden’s Margin.

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump and his campaign filed an explosive lawsuit claiming that Wisconsin officials included 221,323 illegal votes in the presidential election recount and asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to order Gov. Tony Evers (D-Wisc.) to rescind certification of the state’s election results until any illegal votes can be excluded from the count.

“The people of Wisconsin deserve election processes with uniform enforcement of the law, plain and simple. During the recount in Dane and Milwaukee counties, we know with absolute certainty illegal ballots have unduly influenced the state’s election results,” Jim Troupis, a Trump campaign lawyer, said in a statement. “Wisconsin cannot allow the over three million legal ballots to be eroded by even a single illegal ballot.” Continue reading “”

Michigan Illegally Counted or Ignored 500K Ballots, Lawsuit Claims

In the wee hours of Thanksgiving Day, the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed an explosive election lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose. The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump. Continue reading “”

Team Trump Demands Signature Audit as Dominion Server Crash Delays Georgia Recount.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s (R) bad day is about to get even worse. Early on Monday morning, news broke that a Dominion voting machine server crash delayed the third Georgia recount. Just after noon, the Donald Trump campaign sent its fifth request for a signature audit involving absentee ballots.

“Until the signatures are matched, the vote count in Georgia is a complete fraud,” former New York City mayor and Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani declared in a statement. “There is no way of knowing which ballots are honest and which ballots are fraudulent.”

The Trump campaign claimed that between 38,250 and 45,626 absentee ballots were illegal due to signature-matching failures, numbers that far exceed Biden’s 12,670 margin of victory in the state………

BREAKING….THIRD Order From GA Judge…Temporary Restraining Order Issued To Prevent Destruction or Erasure of Software or Data From Dominion Voting Machines

Late Sunday night, Kyle Becker reports that Judge Batten has issued a 10-day temporary restraining order to prevent defendants from altering, destroying, erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction, or erasure of any software or data on any Dominion Voting Machines.

In this day and age this makes my ‘Suspicious!’ meter pegs. The excuse seems flimsy on why an order for evidence to be preserved was suddenly reversed.

Federal judge orders Georgia voting machines be preserved– then reverses; hearing set for Friday

Amid rumors that Georgia elections officials intended to alter or wipe voting machines used in the 2020 election, a federal judge has ordered that the machines be preserved in their current state. He then abruptly reversed that order, according to the attorney who asked for it.

The order was made public several hours after Georgia Republicans complained that elections officials had kept them at a distance for hours while election officials worked on the machines.

On Sunday, November 29, attorney Lin Wood tweeted the following:

GA officials performing “software update” on Fulton County voting machines at this very moment at World Congress Center. They are trying to erase the evidence by scrubbing the machines with litigation pending. BLOW YOUR HORNS. PATRIOTS. This cannot stand.

And

STOP THE SUNDAY ATTEMPT TO DESTROY EVIDENCE IN GA.

Shortly thereafter, an order from U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten, Sr. was made public:

Defendants are ordered to maintain the statue quo & are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.

US District Court Judge Timothy Batten, Sr.

Read Judge’s Order

But not long after that decision, attorney Wood tweeted that the judge reversed his decision on the machines, based on claims that Georgia counties control the machines. The judge says the defendants do not control the machines and, therefore, he cannot order them to be preserved in their current state.

Read Judge’s Second Order

Meantime, a hearing on Wood’s broad ranging requests related to election fraud allegations is set for Friday.

Wood has also asked for a forensic audit and security tape videotape evidence.

Read the judge’s order summarizing the requests below. Continue reading “”

‘Historically strange’ spike in incomplete Nevada voter files, casinos as ‘home.’

An analysis of Nevada votes has uncovered an unprecedented jump in problem voter registrations, likely providing the Trump campaign with another avenue to challenge Joe Biden’s victory in the critical state.

In an affidavit filed in another Republican election challenge, a “data scientist” found a huge surge of incomplete voter registrations and those giving casinos and temporary RV parks as “their home or mailing addresses” in the Third Congressional District that covers the southern third of the state and much of Clark County.

The expert, Dorothy Morgan, said that in her initial study of the records of those who voted, there was an “historically strange” jump in voter registrations missing the sex and age of the voter, making confirmation by poll workers impossible.

Data expert Dorothy Morgan found this “historically strange” spike in incomplete voter registrations in Democratic Clark County, Nev.
From Dorothy Morgan’s affidavit.

She found that in the last presidential election, there were 68 voter registrations missing the critical data. In 2020, it was 13,372.

What’s more, 74% of the incomplete registrations took place between July and September this year. Continue reading “”

Pennsylvania State Judge Upholds Halt To Certification, Finds Likelihood Mail-In Balloting Procedures Violate PA Constitution.

********

A Pennsylvania state court Judge has issued a preliminary injunction preventing Pennsylvania from taking any further steps to perfect its certification of the election, including but not limited to appointment of electors and transmission of necessary paperwork to the Electoral College, pending further court hearings and rulings.

The ruling upholds an injunction from earlier in the week, and is significant because of the findings made in the Opinion released tonight. The case has been somewhat under the radar, because it doesn’t involve claims of fraud. It appears to be a pretty straight legal argument. This is not the federal court case that has received a lot of press attention and in which the Third Circuit Court of Appeals denied relief.

Newsmax/McLaughlin Poll: Two-Thirds of Nation Back Trump on Recounts

More than two-thirds of the nation says it is fair for President Donald Trump to ask for a recount in key states, according to a new Newsmax/McLaughlin & Associates poll released Thursday.

Sixty-seven percent of likely voters backed Trump’s recounts where the vote margins in his race with Joe Biden were 1% or closer, which applies to states like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona.

Despite the close contests, 65% of Americans say the election will ultimately be decided honestly. But fully a third of all voters, 35%, said that there was significant fraud.

“This seems to be a very disturbing and high number for the country that always prided itself to be the world’s leading democracy,” pollster John McLaughlin said. “The highest level of fraud concerns are among Trump voters at 70% and Republicans at 65%.”

Here’s the Part of Sidney Powell’s Lawsuit That Could Impact the Outcome of the Election

Look, it hasn’t been a pleasant experience watching the Trump legal team and its allies lead the offensive regarding the avalanche of allegations concerning voter irregularities and fraud. You’re never going to convince me Joe Biden won fair and square, but the effort to prove voter fraud has been a mess. It’s a high bar to convince a judge that ballots should be tossed. It should be—and for the most part, the Trump team has not been successful…until now. This week, the Trump campaign scored a huge win in Nevada where they will be allowed to present evidence of fraud and make their case conceding shoddy ballots. Will it be enough? Will it meet the threshold? We shall see.

Ballot Count Upload Error in Arizona — Over 6,000 False Biden Votes Discovered

Joe Biden’s lead in Arizona dropped from 10,377 votes to 4,202 after a machine error was discovered on Tuesday.
The error was from a faulty upload from Greenlee County, which showed 22,110 votes — but should have been 3,723. State officials say that it was temporary and has now been corrected.

A data analyst for ABC 15, Garrett Archer, tweeted about the error before trying to downplay it by saying it “happens from time to time.”

The error gave Biden more votes than he is currently ahead by. It seems all of these errors end up working to the benefit of one side.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs tweeted about the error, saying “Unofficial election results were displaying incorrectly briefly today due to an uploading error that posted Greenlee County’s results multiple times while uploading write-in candidate info. The error has been corrected.”

Biden’s lead is now back to being listed as 10,377.
