Does that now make the demoncraps only have a 3 member edge in the House?

Republican Burgess Owens Defeats Democrat Rep. Ben McAdams in Utah

Republican Burgess Owens proved victorious over his challenger, Democrat Rep. Ben McAdams, in Utah’s Fourth Congressional District for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.

As of Friday night, with 99 percent of precincts reporting, the Salt Lake Tribune considered Owens’ 2,095-vote lead over McAdams to be “insurmountable.” The Tribune also noted that Owens had 47.50 percent of the vote on Friday compared to McAdams’ 46.93 percent.

“If Owens’ lead holds as those and any remaining ballots in Utah County are counted ahead of the final canvass next week, he will be one of two new members in Utah’s six-member congressional delegation,” the Tribune stated.

Owens’ campaigned focused heavily on the far-left’s “socialist policies” and extreme “Marxists.”

Earlier this year, in May, Owens said that he must take back Utah’s Fourth Congressional seat in an attempt to help Republicans “take back our country.”

Owens, a former Oakland Raiders Superbowl Champion, has also been very critical of Colin Kaepernick and his decision to kneel during the national anthem before football games.

“We have a responsibility as we pass the torch down to the next generation, and there is an example of someone we all respect: Kobe,” Owens told Breitbart News in February. “There is a difference in Kobe’s approach to life, and maybe some other athletes who don’t quite get it.”

Owens added:

My generation has dropped the ball. We have allowed the socialists and Marxists to get in our school systems and teach our kids a different way than we were brought up. Kaepernick is a good example. In today’s society, our greatest enemy is socialists and Marxists who lay in wait and attack our most vulnerable. In this case, you have kids going to school fresh-eyed and excited about life and looking forward to a great future, but they come out anti-American Marxists.

Up until Owens’ success, Utah’s Fourth Congressional District was one of 30 districts represented by a Democrat that President Donald Trump had won in 2016.

In the same district’s 2018 race, McAdams narrowly defeated incumbent Rep. Mia Love (R) by 700 votes.

State of Texas Refused to Certify Dominion Voting Systems for Its Elections in 2020

We’ve now learned that recently embattled voting technology provider, Dominion Voting Systems, could not get certified by the State of Texas after failing to meet the state’s election standards for efficiency, accuracy, and safety from “fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation” – according to a report completed by the Office of the Secretary of State.

In the report, signed by Texas Deputy Secretary of State, Jose A. Esparza, the findings of several data communications experts and voting system examiners found Dominion’s “Democracy Suite 5.5-A” to be not “suitable for its intended purpose”:

The examiner reports identified multiple hardware and software issues that preclude the Office of the Texas Secretary of State from determining that the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system satisfies each of the voting-system requirements set forth in the Texas Election Code. Specifically, the examiner reports raise concerns about whether the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system is suitable for its intended purpose; operates efficiently and accurately; and is safe from fraudulent or unauthorized manipulation. Therefore, the Democracy Suite 5.5-A system and corresponding hardware devices do not meet the standards for certification prescribed by Section 122.001 of the Texas Election Code.

Dominion's ImageCast Precinct Tabulator Bin

Dominion’s ImageCast Precinct Tabulator Bin

The voting and tabulation machines made by Dominion caused problems and raised doubts about the accuracy of 2020 election results in at least two key swing states, Michigan and Georgia, according to multiple reports.

Antrim County, Michigan, traditionally a Republican stronghold, had the Democrat, Joe Biden, beating Donald Trump by roughly 3,000 votes – inaccurately reported while using Dominion’s technology, and later corrected by election officials, eventually netting Trump a 2,500 vote advantage in the final results.

In Georgia, other ‘glitches’ stopped voting in both Morgan and Spaulding Counties – caused by a software update that was uploaded to voting machines the day before the election. Gwinnett County also experienced delays in reporting voting results due to a ‘software issue‘ with machines counting absentee ballots.

Dominion is also facing political scrutiny for its support of Democratic Party aligned organizations, including the Clinton Foundationdonating to it in 2014 and also partnering with it for The DELIAN Project – a transnational voting technology initiative valued at over $2 million.

A full breakdown of the voting system examinations conducted by the State of Texas on Dominion software and hardware can be found on the Secretary of State’s website.

State Department Precedent Qualifies This 2020 Election as “Rigged”

The following are examples of the most egregious, widely observed and reported examples of election-day fraud on November 21:

  • Illegal Use of Absentee Ballots: According to the respected NGO “Committee of Voters of Ukraine” (CVU), massive electoral fraud was committed through the illegal use of absentee voter certificates. For example, people were caught in Dnipropetrovsk and Sumy oblasts with their pockets stuffed with blank absentee ballots that they were using to vote at multiple polling stations.
  • Opposition Observers Ejected: Observers from Our Ukraine and other opposition groups were expelled from most polling stations in eastern Ukraine on Election Day. For example, in Territorial Election Commission (TEC) district number 42 in Donetsk oblast, Our Ukraine observers were kicked out of all but a few polling stations.
  • North Korean-Style Turnout in the East: Turnout in the pro-Yanukovych eastern oblasts was unnaturally high. In several electoral districts, turnout for the run-off round increased by 30 to 40 percent over the first round. In Luhansk oblast, the reported turnout rate hit nearly 96 percent — a number that, to quote the OSCE, even Stalinist North Korea would envy. A similar turnout rate was reported in Donetsk oblast, where 98 percent of the votes went to hometown candidate Prime Minister Yanukovych.
  • Mobile Ballot Box Fraud: In the second round of the election, the number of voters who supposedly cast ballots at home using mobile ballot boxes was double that of the first round. Much of this voting occurred without observers being present and was massively fraudulent. In Mykolayiv oblast, for example, nearly 35 percent of the oblast’s voters purportedly cast their ballots “at home.”
  • Computer Data Allegedly Altered To Favor Yanukovych: There were credible reports showing that that Yanukovych supporters gained illegal access to the Central Election Commission’s computer system and illegally altered vote tabulation data being transmitted by TECs to the CEC.
  • Reports of Opposition Fraud: Yanykovych’s supporters allege that Yushchenko’s supporters stuffed ballot boxes in western Ukraine. But the reports and evidence of pro-Yanukovych fraud greatly outweighed those indicated for Yushchenko.

This massive ballot-box stuffing, fake turnout figures, and other forms of fraud and abuse allowed the authorities to create a victory for their candidate that almost certainly would not have been possible in a free and fair election. The final figures announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) gave Prime Minister Yanukovych with 49.46 percent of the vote over opposition candidate Yushchenko with 46.61 percent. It is impossible to know what the real numbers were, but a large-scale (20,000 respondents), nation-wide anonymous exit poll conducted by a consortium of three highly respected research organizations (partially funded by the United States Government) projected Yushchenko the winner with 53 percent versus 44 percent for Yanukovych. Other exit polls and parallel vote counts indicated a Yushchenko victory, although by lesser amounts.

96% Of Dominion Voting Systems Political Donations Went To Democrats

OF 96 POLITICAL DONATIONS COMING FROM EMPLOYEES OF DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS, NEARLY 96 PERCENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS WERE DIRECTED TO DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES.
The company in question, Dominion Voting Systems, improperly counted ballots to create a fraudulent win for Joe Biden in Antrim County, Michigan and caused several other “glitches” that required extended voting hours and delayed results.

Federal Election Commission (FEC) records, however, reveal the company is overwhelmingly staffed by Democratic donors – perhaps contributing to the explanation as to how the machines malfunctioned exclusively to Biden’s benefit.

From 2014 to 2020, nine individuals who list “Dominion Voting” or “Dominion Voting Systems” as their employer contributed money to national political campaigns, including the 2020 presidential election. Totaling 96 donations, the sum between employees amounts to $1,241.15.

Employees positions span the entirety of the voting system’s process from set-up to tabulation, including software developers, network engineers, software production specialists, and implementation managers.

Of the 96 donations, 92 in total – or 95.8 percent – went to Democratic candidate, predominantly via ActBlue. This means that of the $1,241.15, a total of $1,154.90 went to boost Democrats.

One donation, for example, from a Dominion software developer went to MoveOn.org – a leftist political action committee the describes itself as a “pillar” and “at the forefront” of the anti-Trump “resistance” movement.

In contrast, just four donations – equivalent to $86.25 – over the six-year period went to Republican candidates, specifically President Trump.

Dominion has also employed a host of Democratic party-linked lobbyists to assist on issues including “monitor[ing] federal legislation” and “issues related to election security.” For example, a former Chief of Staff for Nancy Pelosi and a director of vote protection for Obama’s 2012 campaign are currently retained by the voting company.

Gun Rights, Gun Control Activists React to Biden’s Projected Victory

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Gun laws have been a highly discussed issue in Ohio, and that’s expected to continue with a new president.

Gun sales were already on the rise since the pandemic started, and some expect the increase to continue

The Buckeye Firearms Association expects President-elect Biden to pursue an assault weapons ban, red flag laws, and limit high capacity magazines

Rob Sexton, legislative affairs director for the Buckeye Firearms Association, has noticed the spike in gun sales in 2002.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if it increases more over the next couple of months, although it’s hard to imagine it getting a whole lot more brisk than it already is. There’s no doubt that there’s a threat on the horizon in terms of the Second Amendment and in gun ownership, so I wouldn’t be surprised if sales picked up even more.”

Sexton says COVID-19, civil unrest, and the election of Joe Biden, who’s advocated for stricter gun laws, could contribute to a spike in gun sales.

“COVID-19 is the first time at least in I think in our lives, in which we saw the government step in and really regulate what people can do in their everyday life,” said Sexton. “I think we’ve got an obligation to communicate clearly the problems with those kind of provisions, and of course, you know the courts are a place where a lot of this stuff winds up.” Continue reading “”

Joe Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain, 2014: Yes, American Elections Are ‘Rigged’

Ron Klain, the long-serving aide to former Vice President Joe Biden who was named White House chief of staff Wednesday in the event his boss is certified as the winner of the election, tweeted in 2014 that he believed American elections are rigged.

Klain’s tweet came in response to a tweet by Vox.com that reported that 68 percent of Americans believe our elections are rigged:

The accompanying article said that Americans were right to suspect elections were “rigged” — because of what was legal:

A new Rasmussen poll finds that 68 percent of Americans think elections are rigged in favor of incumbents. And they’re basically right.

The term “rigged” might go a tad far. The problem here isn’t fraud. In elections, like in so much else, the scandal is what’s legal.

The article focused on gerrymandering, which protected most congressional incumbents from serious challenges.

However, the reasoning could just as easily apply to large-scale vote-by-mail, which was introduced in the middle of the 2020 election over the objections of President Donald Trump and resulted in high Democratic turnout.

A recent poll found that 70 percent of Republicans believe the 2020 election was neither free nor fair. Last year, a poll found that 84 percent of Democrats believed that Trump’s 2016 campaign colluded with Russia to win the election — after special counsel Robert Mueller found otherwise.

Here’s the Latest on Litigation Over Election Results

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered county election boards in Pennsylvania to comply with guidance requiring them to keep ballots received after 8 p.m. Election Day “in a safe, secure, and sealed container separate from other voted ballots,” as Newsweek and other outlets reported Friday. How could Alito’s directive affect returns for the presidential election?

Additionally, The Associated Press reported that 24 Wisconsin counties had completed canvassing of election results as of Monday morning, but that “all 72 must be in before President Donald Trump could call for a recount.” How long will that take, and will other states besides Georgia recount?

Jason Snead, executive director of the Honest Elections Project, joins the podcast to discuss.

Pa. GOP lawmakers call for a legislative-led audit of election to be completed before results are certified

A group of Republican lawmakers on Tuesday called for a legislative-led audit into last week’s presidential election to determine if Pennsylvania’s general election was conducted “fairly and lawfully.”

Saying it’s not about the election results but the process used to determine the outcome, the Republican lawmakers called for a bi-partisan investigatory committee with subpoena power to pursue this probe, said Rep. Dawn Keefer, R-York County.

Standing before nearly two dozen House Republicans who were joined by Sens. Kristen Phillips-Hill, R-York County, and Judy Ward, R-Blair County, Keefer said, “a number of very troubling issues have come to our collective attention in the aftermath of last Tuesday’s general election. As a result we have grave concerns regarding the future of the commonwealth.”

Keefer said their offices have been overwhelmed with calls from “confused and outraged” constituents questioning the process and they owe to them to take this step to “ensure public trust in our electoral system.”

She said lawmakers had no direct knowledge of any incidents of voter fraud, only allegations. But she said this proposed panel would be able to vet them to see if there was any validity to the claims.

Keefer said it is the group’s intention to have this committee formed immediately and complete its work before the legislative session ends on Nov. 30 and before state’s election results are certified, which  counties are required to do by Nov. 23. Continue reading “”

They assure us that it’s mere coincidence.
Of course, Paul can confirm that I don’t believe in coincidence.

Why Did Six Battleground States with Democrat Governors (Except One) ALL Pause Counting on Election Night? And How Was This Coordinated?

here are several reports on Election night that five battleground states quit counting on Election night.

NewsMax pointed out the coincidence of it happening in those five states with Democratic governors (except for Georgia) with Trump ahead before the “pauses.”

Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia and Nevada mysteriously quit counting after midnight.

We reported on this late at night on election night!

Breaking: Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin WILL NOT Announce their Election Results Tonight — They’re Going for the Steal

Tens of Thousands of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier Than Sent Date: Researcher

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.

Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

The state’s voter records are being scrutinized as President Donald Trump is challenging the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania and other states where his opponent, former Vice President Joe Biden, holds a tight lead. The Trump campaign is alleging that invalid ballots have been counted for Democrats and valid ballots for Republicans were thrown away.

The analysis of the publicly available data was conducted by a data researcher who submitted it first to the Chinese-language edition of The Epoch Times. The researcher, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said he consulted about the matter with several USPS field engineers, who said the return dates shown in the database are “impossible.” Continue reading “”

Democrats have zero excuses for complaining about Trump contesting vote counts.

************

The core principle here is not complicated. In the United States of America, all legal ballots must be counted; any illegal ballots must not be; the process should be transparent or observable by all sides, and the courts are here to work through concerns.

Our institutions are built for this. We have the system in place to consider concerns. And President Trump is 100 percent within his rights to look into allegations of irregularities and weigh his legal options.

Twenty years ago, when Florida came down to a very thin margin, we saw Vice President Al Gore exhaust the legal system and wait to concede until December…..

Expert opinion:

“The fact that they’re doing it with the impunity they’re doing it with is because the media is simply looking the other way because they have, their corrupt mainstream media that’s not interested in protecting our Constitution or the rule of law, they just want to beat Donald Trump at all costs.”

Another Election Computer Glitch in Michigan Reversed as Republican Declared Belated Winner

AMichigan Republican received a welcome shock when his apparent loss at the polls was reversed due to the fix of a “technical glitch” that originally had him losing the election.

Adam Kochenderfer was originally declared the loser in his race against Democrat Melanie Hartman for a position on the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. The narrow race appeared to end with Hartman the winner by just 104 votes.

Yet the county clerk soon discovered that a set of absentee ballots had actually been reported in the voter totals twice. Once the duplicate set was removed, Kochenderfer came out ahead by 1,127 votes.

“This is proof that our process of checks and balances works,” County Clerk Lisa Brown said after the discovery. “A methodical canvass is an essential tool to ensure an accurate count and precise results.”

Kochenderfer’s was the second race in Michigan so far in which a glitch was revealed to have displayed the incorrect outcome of a race. An alleged software glitch in Antrim County, Michigan earlier this week incorrectly awarded thousands of winning votes to Joe Biden; a recount of ballots subsequently revealed Trump was the county winner.

Another pick up for the U.S. House. This was another one of the seats that the demoncraps won in ’18 by using the tactic of ‘ballot harvesting’.

GOP’s Steel wins California House race after Democrat Rouda concedes

GOP’s Steel wins California House race after Democrat Rouda concedes
GOP candidate Michelle Steel will be the new representative for California’s 48th Congressional District after Rep. Harley Rouda (D-Calif.) conceded on Tuesday.

“We did not win this election. And while it isn’t the outcome we had hoped for, it’s never been more important for our leaders to hear the voice of the people, and to accept their judgement. I do,” Rouda, who entered office in 2019, said in a statement released one week after Election Day as the race had still not been called by media outlets.

The Associated Press called the race on Tuesday at 2:15 p.m. EST.,,,,,,,

Steel helped Republicans win back the seat that had previously been in GOP control for decades. Rouda flipped the seat in 2018 when he defeated former Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R).

Biden Talks Unity While Supporters Talk Revenge

Almost simultaneous to Joe Biden’s post-election speech in which he declared it is time for the nation to come together, his followers were exhibiting the sort of vile revenge mentality typically expected in Third World nations where political opponents are “disappeared.”

As reported by The Hill, Biden said, “With the campaign over, it’s time to put the anger and the harsh rhetoric behind us and come together as a nation. It’s time for America to unite. And to heal.”

But then comes Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin with a tweet stating, “Any R now promoting rejection of an election or calling to not to follow the will of voters or making baseless allegations of fraud should never serve in office, join a corporate board, find a faculty position or be accepted into ‘polite’ society. We have a list.”

The menacing tone of comments continued with a tweet from Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who messaged, “Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.” She is taking quite a bit of heat for that.

The Washington Times is reporting on AOC’s payback intentions, and also mentions a tweet from Hari Sevugan, “former spokesman for the Barack Obama campaign” who is trying to have Trump loyalists blackballed in Washington, D.C, Continue reading “”

BLUF:
…there is the Supreme Court with its conservative majority, which may prove itself to be Trump’s greatest legacy to the nation, provided Biden and Kamala Harris do not attempt to pack the court. If Republicans control the Senate, that’s not likely to happen, either.

The importance of maintaining even a razor-thin majority in the Senate has suddenly become paramount.

Gun Owners Rightly Concerned About Biden’s Proposals

Joe Biden and his media cheerleaders have declared his victory in the 2020 presidential election, and now tens of millions of law-abiding gun owners across the nation are more than a little nervous about his gun control plans, which the media carefully avoided discussing in the days leading up to the election, not even during the debates.

His so-called “Plan to End Our Gun Violence Epidemic” covers lots of bases. AmmoLand News detailed his scheme back on Aug. 21, and it hasn’t changed.

Later in the statement, Politifact insists, “There’s also a question of how a Biden administration would define “assault weapons” — and whether it would include all semi-automatic firearms, as the post says. A Biden campaign spokesperson told us that the precise definition of “assault weapon” would be worked out during the legislative process.”

The answer to that might be found in the text of gun control Initiative 1639, approved by Washington State voters in 2018. Buried back on Page 27 of that scheme, which has since become law, is a definition for a “semiautomatic assault rifle.” Here’s how such a gun is defined:

“Semiautomatic assault rifle” means any rifle which utilizes a portion of the energy of a firing cartridge to extract the fired cartridge case and chamber the next round, and which requires a separate pull of the trigger to fire each cartridge.”

That would encompass literally any self-loading rifle ever manufactured anywhere on the planet. Continue reading “”
