With typical proggie hypocrisy, the author blames Trump’s unsubstantiated claims without noticing that the demoncraps prepared the ground as they wailed about ‘hacked elections’ for the past 4 years.

Almost no Trump voters consider Biden the legitimate 2020 election winner.

  • A mere 3% of voters for President Donald Trump think President-elect Joe Biden won the 2020 election, while 73% think the incumbent was the victor, according to a CNBC/Change Research poll.
  • As Trump repeatedly loses vote challenges in court as his lawyers fail to prove wrongdoing in the election count, two-thirds of his supporters think he should never concede to Biden.
  • The findings underscore the harm Trump’s unsubstantiated claims have done to confidence in the U.S. electoral system.

As the president makes unsubstantiated claims about electoral malfeasance and sows doubts about vote tallies, only 3% of Trump voters surveyed said they accept Biden’s victory as legitimate, the survey released Monday found. A staggering 73% of respondents consider Trump the legitimate winner. Another 24% said they are not sure.

A mere 3% of Trump voters believe he should concede to Biden and start the peaceful transfer of power. Another 31% want the president to fight in court until states certify results. Two-thirds, or 66%, think Trump should never conce

Stacey Abrams: More Than 750K Georgians Requested Absentee Ballots for Senate Runoffs

All eyes are on Georgia as voters in the Peach State will determine the majority in the U.S. Senate on January 5. Republicans have 50 seats in the Senate, while Democrats have 48 (technically 46 with two Independents who caucus with them) and likely incoming Vice President Kamala Harris to get them to 51, should Democrats win both Georgia races. Turnout is usually low in runoff elections, but mail-in voting may change the game.

Stacey Abrams, who has blamed “voter suppression” for her loss in the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial race and has launched a campaign against “voter suppression,” announced a surge in absentee ballot applications that will likely give Democrats an edge.

“BREAKING: More than 750,000 Georgians have requested their ballots for the January 5 runoff elections,” Abrams announced on Twitter Monday. She encouraged Georgians to “request yours today and let’s get it done … again.”

Abrams included a link to the website to register for an absentee ballot along with a gif of her saying, “I’ve got a secret for you… we’re going to win.”

According to the latest count, Democrat Joe Biden won 2,474,507 votes to President Donald Trump’s 2,461,837 votes in Georgia, but turnout in runoff elections is usually far below turnout in a presidential election.

Lower turnout historically favors Republicans, but the surge in mail-in voting may combat the lower turnout to some extent.

Georgia Elections Officials Extend Use of Ballot Drop Boxes For January Twin Senate Runoff

What could possibly go wrong?

Georgia elections officials on Monday voted to extend the use of ballot drop boxes for the January 5 twin Senate runoff where the Republican majority in the Senate is on the line.

The use of ballot drop boxes, which opens the door for illegal ballot harvesting, was set to expire in December, but the 5-member Georgia State Election Board voted to extend the use of drop boxes.

Georgia is already struggling with how to deal with residency concerns after Democrats have called on people to temporarily move to Georgia to vote in the Senate runoff.

More Like 1876 Than 2000

Democrats are acting horrified that President Donald Trump’s legal team is still challenging the Nov. 3 election outcome three weeks after the day, while many Trump supporters note that Democrat Al Gore kept his legal challenge alive for 36 days.

The natural tendency is to compare the post-election conundrum of 2020 with 2000, primarily because it’s a point of reference that most voters have at least some memory of. But the better comparison would be the 1876 election between Republican Rutherford B. Hayes, the Ohio governor, and Democrat Samuel Tilden, the New York governor, as described in my book “Tainted by Suspicion: The Secret Deals and Electoral Chaos of Disputed Presidential Elections” about four previous overtime elections not all that different from the current post-election fiasco.

The chief similarity is that 2020—like 1876—involves contesting the outcome in multiple states. Whereas the post-2000 election fight was only about Florida.

The post-election of 2020 and 1876 elections both involved Democratic-supporting mobs gathered in the streets, often threatening violence. Allegations of voter fraud flew. And, in both elections, the media was front and center for its impact. In both elections, both candidates declared themselves to be the real winner, insisting their party was the one defending democracy. Continue reading “”

And if everyone will remember, back in 2000, Algore disputed the election results in Florida until SCOTUS told him to stop…ON DECEMBER 14th.

FLASHBACK: Experts Wanted Hillary to Challenge 2016 Election Results, Alleged Hacking.

While the mainstream media, the Democratic Party, and even some conservative media outlets are urging Trump to concede despite the results of the election being contested in battleground states that determined the outcome of the election, the Trump campaign is still compiling affidavits and evidence of voter fraud. Amongst other things, allegations of vote-switching by electronic voting machines have been made, resulting in a chorus of Biden supporters claiming that such a thing simply isn’t possible. BLUF:
It was hard to watch Reagan’s speech, and contemplate the 1964 election, without being reminded of what we’ve all been through in the last four years, and especially during and after the recent election campaign. Like LBJ, Biden is a sordid, self-dealing scapegrace who has little respect for the average citizen and a love of power for its own sake, but who has been relentlessly portrayed by the media as a hero of the downtrodden. Like Goldwater, Trump is a lover of freedom and of the ordinary American who has been smeared as an ugly racist and dangerous extremist.

Fifty-six years ago, the electorate bought the Democratic spin only to experience buyer’s remorse within a year or two. The final results of the 2020 election are not yet entirely clear, but one thing is certain: as in 1964, the Republican candidate is right about virtually everything on which he and his opponent differ, while the Democrat, if put in the Oval Office, will surely lose his luster before very long—provided, indeed, he doesn’t expire or get put out to pasture before wearing out his welcome.

1964: A Distant Mirror of Today’s Situation.

The other day, while puttering around the house, I was listening to the latest Steven Crowder program on YouTube. I was apparently not listening very attentively, because I failed to notice when Crowder’s show concluded and YouTube, in its inscrutable way, began playing another video.

It was Ronald Reagan’s famous 1964 speech, “A Time for Choosing.”

It wasn’t my first encounter with the speech, which Reagan delivered on the NBC network in support of Barry Goldwater’s presidential campaign. I’d read it a long time ago. But I’d never seen Reagan deliver it. So I sat down and watched.

It was magnificent. No wonder it had the immense impact that it did. Reagan would later say that it had drawn more fan mail than any performance he’d ever delivered in a Hollywood movie. It turned him overnight from an actor into the standard-bearer of the conservative movement and a leading prospect for high political office. Two years later he would be elected governor of California. Continue reading “”

Dominion Voting Systems ‘Lawyers Up,’ Abruptly Backs Out of PA State House Fact-Finding Hearing.

Dominion Voting Systems Thursday night abruptly backed out of attending a fact-finding hearing that was set for Friday morning with the Pennsylvania House State Government Committee.

At a press conference Friday morning, State Govt Committee Chair Seth Grove said the 1.3. million Pennsylvanians who used Dominion’s voting machines have been “hung out to dry and slapped in their faces.”

Pennsylvania lawmakers had scheduled the hearing with the voting machine manufacturer “to help identify and correct any irregularities in the election process,” according to the House Republican Caucus.

“It is vitally important voters have faith in the machines they use to cast their ballots. On the heels of Gov. Tom Wolf unilaterally decertifying every voting machine in the Commonwealth, we need to know whether these new machines met expectations, whether they are reliable and whether they are not subject to interference,” said Rep. Grove (R-York).

Dominion had initially agreed to attend the hearing, before it “abruptly canceled,”  Grove said.

“I was impressed at what appeared to be the willingness that Dominion Voting Systems to address accusations and it would have put 1.3. million Pennsylvanians who used their machines at ease—including myself, thinking that Dominion was willing to publicly back up their product which PA taxpayers invested millions to purchase” he noted during the presser. “Unfortunately, last evening, Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up, and backed out of their commitment to the people of Pennsylvania to provide their input in a public format.”

Grove blasted the company for “retreating into the darkness,” rather than appearing at the hearing with “honesty and integrity.”

The committee chair said he wanted to know why a company with nothing to hide would back out.

“Why would a vender of public goods fear discussing their product sold to the public for the public good? If Dominion’s products were successful and operated as they were supposed to, why wouldn’t Dominion take the opportunity to publicly review its success?” Grove demanded. “How hard is it to say, ‘our ballot machines worked exactly as promised and they’re 100 percent accurate’?”

“After weeks of accusations, why has Dominion Voting Systems not released any analysis of the success of its voting machines to the public in order to stop their accusers in their tracks? If they have nothing to hide, why are they hiding from us?” he asked.

Trump Campaign Lawyers: There is a Pattern of Planned Voter Fraud in Multiple States

Speaking to reporters from the Republican National Committee in Washington D.C. Thursday afternoon, Trump campaign attorney Rudy Giuliani presented evidence he says suggests a pattern of planned voter fraud that was perpetrated in multiple states.

“As we started investigating, both our investigations and the very brave and patriotic American citizens that have come forward, extraordinary number of people, extraorgidanry number of witnesses, and what emerged very quickly is it’s not a singular voter fraud in one state. This pattern repeats itself in a number of states. Almost exactly the same pattern, which to any experienced investigator, procesturtor, would suggest there was a plan from a centralized place to execute these acts of voter fraud specifically focused on big cities and big cities, as you can imagine, big cities controlled by Democrats and particularly focused on big cities that have a long history of corruption. The number of voter fraud cases in Philadelphia could fill a library,” Guiliani said, flanked by Attorneys Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis. “The only surprise I would have found in this is if Philadelphia hadn’t cheated in this election because for the last 60 years they’ve cheat in just about every single election. You could say the same thing about Detroit. Each one of these cities is controlled by Democrats which means they can get away with anything they want to do.”

“They were good. I don’t know that they were that good because they made significant mistakes, like all crooks do, and we caught them,” he continued. Continue reading “”

In dramatic reversal, Wayne County election board Republicans rescind votes certifying results
In affidavits, GOP canvass board members claim they were bullied and say there are too many irregularities in Detroit vote to justify accepting election results.

In an extraordinary turnabout that foreshadows possible legal action, the two GOP members of Wayne County’s election board signed affidavits Wednesday night alleging they were bullied and misled into approving election results in Michigan’s largest metropolis and do not believe the votes should be certified until serious irregularities in Detroit votes are resolved.

The statements by Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann rescinding their votes from a day earlier threw into question anew whether Michigan’s presidential vote currently favoring Democrat Joe Biden will be certified. They also signaled a possible legal confrontation ahead.

“I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified,” Hartmann said in his affidavits. “Until these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results.”

Added Palmer in her affidavit: “I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.”

Both GOP board members said their concerns included discrepancies in nearly three quarters of Detroit’s precinct poll books where ballots are supposed to be matched to qualified voters. Continue reading “”

BLUF:
Shafer and Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA), who is leading the Trump campaign’s recount effort in Georgia, sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) last week expressing concern over the state’s audit, recount, and recanvass and contending that the “stated goals … do not satisfy our concerns that gave rise to our request for a hand count in the first place.”

Report: Georgia Election Monitor Finds 9,626-Vote Error in County’s Hand Recount

A monitor has reportedly discovered a 9,626-vote error in Georgia’s DeKalb County’s hand recount, according to Georgia Republican Party chairman David Shafer.

“One of our monitors discovered a 9,626 vote error in the DeKalb County hand count. One batch was labeled 10,707 for Biden and 13 for Trump – an improbable margin even by DeKalb standards,” Shafer said. “The actual count for the batch was 1,081 for Biden and 13 for Trump.” Continue reading “”

“DNA-LEVEL” STATISTICAL PROOF: “Smartmatic” Vote-Counting System Was Manipulated in PA and GA to Overturn Trump’s Victory

The charts below are derived from The New York Times‘ real-time election feeds (e.g., here). They show “DNA-level” evidence of vote fraud that was systematically used to overcome massive Trump leads with “vote flips” to Biden.

The twin charts below depict the shifts in votes starting on election day. The X-axis is the date/time and the Y-axis represents the change in votes (positive values denote shifts for Trump, negative values represent shifts for Biden, in hundreds).

Notice the similarities in PA and GA? How the right sides of the graph show virtually no movement for Trump; and very predictable vote movements to Biden. How predictable?

You have to see the data to really understand the magnitude of the scam.

Below are excerpts of spreadsheets that show what was happening on the right side of each chart. Vote flips in the same-sized bundles (6,000 in PA and 4,800 in GA) were injected into the system to overcome Trump’s lead in both states. You can click either image above to see all of the data.

The highlighted cells show where the vote counts — stunningly obvious in retrospect — were manipulated to benefit Biden.

Note the vote flips, represented by the highlighted cells, that occurred in both PA and GA. In PA, late vote flips in bundles of around 6,000 were clear anomalies to slowly overcome Trump’s lead. In GA, the bundles were in 4,800 vote swaps.

Again, these are just excerpts. You can see the workbooks for yourself here: just click for Pennsylvania and Georgia.

Scroll down until you start hitting the highlighted cells.

Sorry, Democrats: this is what we call DNA-level statistical proof of fraud.

And there’s a lot more where this came from. These are just the excerpts.

Second Georgia County Finds Uncounted Ballots.

ATLANTA — A second Georgia county has uncovered a trove of votes not previously included in election results, but the additional votes won’t change the overall outcome of the presidential race, the secretary of state’s office said Tuesday.

A memory card that hadn’t been uploaded in Fayette County, just south of Atlanta, was discovered during a hand tally of the votes in the presidential race that stems from part of a legally mandated audit to ensure the new election machines counted the votes accurately, said Gabriel Sterling, a top official in the secretary of state’s office.

The memory card’s 2,755 votes are not enough to flip the lead in the state from Democrat Joe Biden to Republican President Donald Trump. The breakdown of the uncounted ballots was 1,577 for Trump, 1,128 for Biden, 43 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen and seven write-ins, Sterling said.

BLUF:
That Biden has stated that he wishes that schools would teach more about the Islamic faith is music to those whose ultimate aim is Islamic domination.  Biden is either unaware of the true reality of Islamic ideas of supremacy or on board with them.  As a tool for the totalitarian left, he is the perfect point man.  As Jim Simpson points out in The Red-Green Axis 2.0: An Existential Threat to America and the World, the international Marxists (think BLM) and Islamic alliance continue to grow more potent because of their “inspired mass migration to erase American constitutional liberty.”  In a word: hijrah.

The result is disastrous for America and a win for the jihadists.  No wonder they are rooting for Biden.

Jihadists Are Rooting for a Biden Presidency

It should be of grave concern that America’s avowed enemies are cheering on the possibility of a Biden presidency.  Thus, “Iraq’s pro-Tehran factions have welcomed Joe Biden’s election as US president[.]”  That such politicians who have called the U.S. “evil” and shout the phrase “death to America” would be pleased by a possible Biden win speaks volumes.

Vijeta Uniyal explains:

The Iranian regime is equally upbeat in its statements about a possible Biden-Harris administration, hoping to revive the Obama-era appeasement policies.  If the mainstream media and the Biden-Harris camp have their way, the Tehran and pro-Iran terrorist groups may have a good reason to rejoice.  A Democrat-led administration will likely undo President Donald Trump’s legacy on Iran, lifting economic sanctions and ending the campaign of maximum pressure against the world’s biggest sponsor of terrorism and its Islamist proxies across the Middle East.

In addition, the fact that the terrorist organization the Muslim Brotherhood  wishes Mr. Biden well should send clarion bells ringing. Continue reading “”

Rural Georgia County Discovers 2,600 Uncounted Ballots

Joe Biden’s victory margin in Georgia tightened slightly Monday after the state discovered that around 2,600 ballots went uncounted in a rural county.

The unofficial breakdown of the votes that weren’t previously uploaded was 1,643 for Trump, 865 for Biden and 16 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen, according to Gabriel Sterling, who oversaw the implementation of the new statewide election system for the secretary of state’s office.

While the discovery in Floyd County will bolster President Donald Trump’s tally by about 800 votes, it’s unlikely to change the state’s overall results significantly, said Sterling. Biden’s margin over Trump will fall to about 13,300 votes from 14,100.

Still, the gaffe could worsen an already tense situation in the state, which is conducting a hand recount of the Nov. 3 vote, which the Trump campaign alleges was marred by fraud. As of Monday, Georgia had recounted about 4.3 million of the 5 million ballots cast, Sterling said. It was during this audit process that election workers discovered the uncounted ballots in Floyd County, a Republican-leaning community in northwest Georgia. Continue reading “”

I think everyone knows where I stand on the question. If not, look to the left at the categories I put this post in.

CONSPIRACY THEORY, OR STOLEN ELECTION?

In the aftermath of the election, many questions have emerged not just about individual instances of voter fraud or vote suppression, which are legion, but more systematic issues involving software and electronic vote tracking. We know, for example, that thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump in Michigan were improperly shifted to Joe Biden due to an alleged software “glitch.”

I have no opinion on whether the election was stolen by the Biden campaign or not. I don’t think there is any way to know, on the current evidence, whether, if only legal votes were counted, and each voter voted only once, Donald Trump or Joe Biden actually won the election. I do know that if the United States is to avoid banana republic status, we need to institute more secure and reliable election procedures. No more ballot harvesting, no more millions of mail-in votes, and some reasonable attention paid to the machines and software that ultimately count the votes.

Sidney Powell, who became famous and widely respected due to her aggressive defense of Michael Flynn, has joined President Trump’s legal team. This morning she appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s Fox News program, where she alleged that the Trump campaign has evidence of massive election fraud involving the Dominion voting system and its SmartMatic software–fraud that swung the election to Biden. Is she right? I have no idea. But Powell has earned the right to be taken seriously. Here she is. Judge for yourself:

One more thing: liberals are quick to dub anything they don’t like a conspiracy theory. But four years ago, I wouldn’t have imagined that top officials of the FBI and the CIA would collaborate with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to propagate lies in order to try to swing the election to her, or failing that, to disable the incoming administration of the candidate that they didn’t favor. That scandal has greatly expanded my, and our, understanding of what may be possible. This isn’t your grandfather’s United States of America.

Pollster: It’s Curious How Biden Underperformed Hillary Clinton In Every City…Except These Four.

Until all the votes are counted and all the allegations of voter fraud are investigated, I think it’s too early to declare a winner in the 2020 race. You keep fighting. For now, the legal challenges are hitting snags in the courts. Still, President Trump should keep fighting to the end. We have dead people voting. We have allegations of ballots being illegally backdated. Everything should be looked at right now.

Trump won the largest non-white vote share for a Republican presidential candidate in 60 years. Biden underperformed Hillary Clinton in every major metro area around the country, save for Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Philadelphia.

At Least One Election Official Steps Forward with Voter Fraud Concerns

The mainstream media keeps running with the narrative that there’s no evidence of voter fraud or any wrongdoing this election cycle, despite multiple USPS whistleblowers coming forward, sworn affidavits from poll watchers saying they were denied access to watch ballot counting and reports of dead people voting. There was also the error in Michigan where 6,000 Trump votes were switched to Biden. Some believe it was an issue with Dominion Voting System’s software, but the Michigan Secretary of State said it was due to “human error.”

Even CNN’s Wolf Blitzer shared a headline from The New York Times, with the main headline reading, “Election Officials Nationwide Find No Fraud.”

The problem, however, is Federal Election Commission Chairman Trey Trainer said he believes there’s evidence of fraud.

“I do believe there’s voter fraud taking place in these places, otherwise they’d allow the observers to go in. When you have claims of 10,000 people who don’t live in the state of Nevada having voted in Nevada, the videos where, you know, they’re either duplicating a spoiled ballot right there or they’re in the process of just marking a ballot that came in blank for a voter,” Trainor explained. “That’s a process that needs to be observed by election observers.”

Trainor mentioned that state laws covering election oversight allow poll watchers to be present when ballots are counted.

“If they’re not then the law’s not being followed, making this an illegitimate election,” the FEC head said.

Why isn’t Trainor getting more national coverage if he believes there’s voter fraud going on? The word “election” is literally in his title. He’s practiced election law and campaign finance law for decades. Surely he knows what he’s talking about when he says something smells fishy.
