Biden Wants to Cut Funding for ‘Border Security Assets and Infrastructure’ by 96%

President Joe Biden has now revealed there is at least one area in which he is a fiscal conservative: When it comes to providing the infrastructure needed to secure the border, he wants to spend far less than the government currently spends.

His administration has presented Congress with a Department of Homeland Security budget proposal that calls for slashing spending on what it calls “Border Security Assets and Infrastructure” by 96%.

In fiscal year 2021, Congress approved $1,513,000,000 in funding for border security assets and infrastructure. Biden is now asking that Congress approve just $54,315,000 for fiscal year 2022. That is a reduction of $1,458,685,000—or 96.4%.

What exactly is Biden cutting?

Biden’s DHS has presented Congress with a 562-page “overview” of its fiscal year 2022 budget proposal for Customs and Border Protection. The explanation for its “Border Security Assets and Infrastructure” plan is presented on pages 326 through 350 of this document.

The presentation divides “Border Security Assets and Infrastructure” into six categories: Integrated Fixed Towers; Remote Video Surveillance Systems; Mobile Video Surveillance System; MVSS-M2S2 Modular Mobile Surveillance System; Border Security Assets and Infrastructure End Items; and Border Wall System Program.

In the past two fiscal years—as reported in Biden’s proposal—the Border Wall System Program has been the most significant of these. “This investment,” it says, “includes real estate and environmental planning, land acquisition, wall system design, construction, and construction and oversight of a physical barrier system.”

In fiscal year 2020, it received $1,375,000,000. In fiscal year 2021, it received the same amount.

Now, if Biden gets his way, the federal government will not spend one penny in fiscal year 2022 on planning or constructing a “physical barrier system” at the border.

Soros-Backed Virginia Prosecutors Face Recall Amid Crime Surge

Virginians for Safe Communities launch effort to put ‘pro-criminal prosecutors on trial’

As homicides rise in Virginia’s northern suburbs, voters will have the opportunity to put three liberal prosecutors backed by billionaire Democratic megadonor George Soros on trial.

A new Virginia nonprofit, Virginians for Safe Communities, is launching a campaign to recall Fairfax County’s Steve Descano, Loudoun County’s Buta Biberaj, and Arlington County’s Parisa Dehghani-Tafti from their respective offices, the group announced in a Monday statement. The progressive attorneys took office in January 2020 after Soros spent more than $2 million supporting their campaigns. All three have since implemented lenient law enforcement policies, decisions that have coincided with a rise in crime.

Descano, for example, said in December that his office will stop seeking cash bail, which he called “unjust” and “racially biased.” In the months following the decision, homicides in Fairfax County more than doubled the total seen during the same time period in 2020. In Dehghani-Tafti’s Arlington, meanwhile, felony aggravated assaults rose 40 percent last year. And in Loudoun, Biberaj has faced criticism for dismissing hundreds of domestic violence cases.

“These rogue prosecutors’ dangerous policies are costing lives, re-victimizing victims, and undermining the public’s faith in our justice system—it ends now,” Virginians for Safe Communities president Sean Kennedy said.

Descano, Biberaj, and Dehghani-Tafti did not return requests for comment.

In order to trigger a recall trial, the group must obtain petition signatures from registered voters in the officeholder’s jurisdiction “equal to ten percent of the total number of votes cast” in the last election for the official being recalled. Roughly 300,000 people voted in Descano’s 2019 race, meaning organizers must obtain approximately 30,000 signatures to initiate a trial.

Should Virginians for Safe Communities secure enough signatures, the prosecutors would undergo a trial by jury to determine removal from office. The decision can be appealed to the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Descano, Biberaj, and Dehghani-Tafti are far from the only Soros-backed prosecutors enacting liberal policies across the country. The billionaire has also spent millions of dollars to elect the likes of Philadelphia’s Larry Krasner, St. Louis’s Kim Gardner, and Chicago’s Kim Foxx, who dropped charges against Jussie Smollett after the actor staged a hate crime. Homicides have surged in all three cities in recent months.

While Soros in May funneled $1 million to a group working to defund police, a spike in carjackings in Arlington County’s Crystal City neighborhood declined dramatically after local police expanded their patrolling efforts.

The people in Washington calling it an insurrection are doing so to justify their own attempt to illegally seize power.

Dare I Say That January 6 Was Not an Insurrection?

Please don’t share this article with anyone except for your neighbors, friends, enemies, relatives, and coworkers — I don’t want to get into trouble — but I remain adamant that January 6 was not an insurrection. To say otherwise is a despicable lie.

Insurrection was not on the mind of anyone serious at the Capitol on January 6. It was a very large demonstration aimed at protesting the way an election was conducted. No matter what anyone thinks of the November 2020 election, there was something wrong with states changing their election laws months, even weeks before balloting. In addition, social media monopolies suppressed the news of the Hunter Biden laptop, which would have been a game changer.

In the face of all that stuff, many thousands came to Washington, D.C. to protest. They did not come to seize the reins of power. There were no U.S. military generals or captains or colonels or lieutenants leading or strategizing a coup. There was no shooting of rifles or taking of hostages. Rather, people came dressed like it was a carnival, such as the men dressed in bear or wolverine outfits.

Anyone who ever has read or learned anything about military coups or Bolshevik-style revolutions knows that January 6 was a demonstration that got out of hand, as did scores of racist, anti-Semitic “Death to the Police” Black Lives Matter demonstrations all summer.

New Report on the Wuhan Lab Details ‘Greatest Coverup of All Time’

Over the weekend, House Foreign Affairs Committee Ranking Member Michael McCaul released new details about unsafe conditions at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

For years, Chinese scientists were juicing up and manipulating deadly viruses in unsafe conditions. McCaul is calling on Congress to officially rule out the wet market theory, which the Chinese Communist Party has used to distract from the deadly lab leak.

“While much of the public debate was initially focused on the Huanan seafood market in Wuhan as the origin of the pandemic, the preponderance of evidence now suggests that the virus leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. Given the WIV’s demonstrated history of conducting gain-of-function experiments on coronaviruses, including genetically manipulating viruses specifically to make them infectious to humans in BSL-2 labs, as well as their possession of one of the world’s largest collections of coronaviruses, it is completely plausible that one or more researcher(s) was accidentally infected and carried the virus out of the lab. The evidence outlined above, combined the cover-up conducted CCP authorities, strongly suggest the Wuhan Institute of Virology as the source of the current pandemic,” McCaul released in a statement.

“We know gain-of-function research was happening at the WIV and we know it was being done in unsafe conditions. We also now know the head of the Chinese CDC and the director of the WIV’s BSL-4 lab publicly expressed concerns about safety at PRC labs in the summer of 2019. It is our belief the virus leaked sometime in late August or early September 2019. When they realized what happened, Chinese Communist Party officials and scientists at the WIV began frantically covering up the leak, including taking their virus database offline in the middle of the night and requesting more than $1 million for additional security,” he continued.

The Duplicitous Ruling Elites Have Awakened the American People

Over the past three decades, a sizable majority of the ruling elites have been preoccupied with self-aggrandizement and cohabitation with the Communist Chinese, ignoring the gradual and now complete domination of many of the nation’s institutions, and most importantly the Democrat party, by American Marxists.

After a premeditated fraudulent election underwritten by the same credulous elites, and with a witless marionette in the White House, these collectivists have been de facto governing the nation since January 20, 2021.  The past six months have revealed that thanks to these Marxists’ mindless allegiance to failed ideology and breathtaking ignorance of the American experience and citizenry combined with the now unmasked duplicity of the ruling elites, there is a massive awakening bubbling to the surface.

This cabal has for the past five years marginalized, physically confronted, and repeatedly accused not only the 75+ million Americans who voted for Donald Trump but any American not in lockstep with them of being racists, fascists, and white supremacists as well as homophobic, xenophobic and among the vilest people on the face of the earth.

What did they do once in power?   Try to bury the hatchet or just ignore this vast swath of the citizenry and hope they go away?  Neither.  They chose to further alienate the bulk of the voting populace.

They are accelerating demeaning accusations and rhetoric and exploiting the January 6th Capitol incursion as a vehicle to isolate and intimidate many of these same Americans.  They are continuing to fuel racial animosity in the hope of further dividing the citizenry and colluding with social media to censor “misinformation.”  Thus, fomenting resentment, ongoing political confrontations, and a determined retaliation at the ballot box in 2022 and 2024.

Committed to changing the demographics of the nation, the American Marxists have flung open the borders and are pushing amnesty as well as ultimate citizenship for upwards of 29+ million illegal immigrants and at least another 2-4 million more every year.  It is immaterial to the Marxists that the vast majority of these illegal immigrants are lacking basic literacy and employable skills.

Currently, 30% of all working families (or nearly 50 million Americans) are low-income but above the poverty threshold.  60% of these are families headed by racial/ ethnic minorities.  African Americans, while 13% of the population (41 million), account for nearly 30% of low-income working families.  Another 39 million Americans live below the poverty level.

Thus, a total of 89 million Americans live in low-income families or in poverty.  The American Marxists, through the Democrat party, claim to be the champion of minorities and low-income families while they plot to ultimately legalize an illegal alien population equivalent to 75% of the current African American population.

The Marxists and the Democrat party do not give a damn about the African American population, native-born Hispanics, and the low-income white working families as the potential votes of the illegal population are more important.  As the voting patterns in 2020 confirmed, these Americans are rapidly awakening and turning on this traitorous cabal as they are becoming acutely aware of being permanently marginalized.

Thanks to the Democrat-Marxist policies of defunding the police, ending cash bail, and curtailing the prosecution of criminals, murder, and mayhem on the streets of America has skyrocketed.  Now that they are in charge of the federal government, it is national policy to actively and solely focus on gun control and disarming law-abiding citizens as the only solution to the increasing violence and criminality.

Currently, 235 million Americans either own or could see themselves owning a gun. The Marxists in the Democrat party believe they can effectively confiscate guns in a nation of 330 million and 3.8 million square miles by doing the following:

1) Putting language in various bills that will in effect create a national registry of all gun owners.

2) Outlawing semi-automatic weapons.

3) Punitively taxing the ownership of guns, magazines, and ammunition making gun ownership unaffordable and requiring a federal license to own a gun.

4) Expanding open-ended red flag laws allowing anyone to file a complaint against someone, ostensibly based on their suspicions, thus allowing the police to seize the guns of the accused prior to any judicial proceedings.

In their zeal to overturn the Second Amendment and a centuries-old tradition of gun ownership that predates the Constitution, the American Marxists do not fathom the building tidal wave of resistance and push back from nearly two-thirds of the nation’s citizenry who view gun ownership as the only viable means of self-defense against the unbridled criminality wrought by the unfathomable policies of the Marxists.

Are Americans preparing for a civil war? I hear this question raised by people who have heard of the unprecedented number of private purchases of weapons and ammunition currently underway in the United States. This is compounded by a belief that some individuals are accumulating so much of this stuff that the weapons/ammunition supply chain can’t keep up with the demand. To me, this hoarding (especially of ammunition) is partially confirmed by comments I read here on TTAG.

My short answer to the question is: Some may be preparing for a civil war, but I cannot and will not. Indeed, the very thought of civil war gives me a cold chill and impels me to plead for peace. Here’s why . . .

Biden Official: Gun Access Prevents Stopping Domestic Terrorism

Domestic terrorism is the big boogieman these days, according to the party in power. Of course, it wasn’t last summer when “activists” burned down pretty much every major city they could get their hands on, but it’s different when it’s their people doing things, right?

However, in recent years, there have been several incidents that can be categorized as domestic terrorism such as white supremacy-motivated attacks on Jewish synagogues as well as the attack on Republican lawmakers in Alexandria.

Now, an official with the Biden administration is claiming that a lack of gun control makes it more difficult to stop attacks like these.

“Easy access to firearms — especially certain types of firearms — can make acts of domestic terrorism more feasible to undertake and more lethal once they happen,” JOSHUA GELTZER, the deputy homeland security adviser at the NSC, told NatSec Daily in his first on-the-record interview since assuming that position this month. “As this administration works … to address some of the challenges associated with the widespread availability of firearms in this country, we are doing so with the knowledge that that is a priority in and of itself — as well as one that relates to the stepped-up efforts that we’re undertaking to address domestic terrorists.”

Geltzer piloted the first-ever “National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism,” bringing together experts from across the government to understand the threat and plan for it. One aspect of the strategy includes “reducing access to assault weapons and high-capacity magazines and enforcing legal prohibitions that keep firearms out of dangerous hands.”

Geltzer was more explicit on the administration’s link between gun control and quashing domestic terrorism during his interview with NatSec Daily. Asked if gun reforms were imperative to stopping domestic terrorism, Geltzer replied: “I think tackling things that feed into the domestic terrorism challenge is an imperative, and there are a lot of things that feed into it. Easy access to certain types of firearms feeds into it. But so does, for example, polarization fueled by disinformation. That can make recruitment to domestic terrorism causes easier and more likely.”

I’m absolutely stunned that someone from the Biden administration would make the case that gun control would somehow help combat domestic terrorism. I mean, no one else besides, like, everyone in the administration would ever make such a case.

However, let’s also understand that the worst domestic terrorism case in the United States was Oklahoma City, which used no guns at all.

The problem with domestic terrorism, like any terrorism, isn’t that they might get weapons. They’re going to get weapons of some description, even if they have to make them.

No, the issue is to look for clues that they’re planning something, which almost always exists. There are clues that they’re up to something and people need to know that if they think something is up, they’re better off notifying the police than just assuming it’s nothing. If it turns out to be nothing, so be it, but if you fail to act and innocent people die because of that, is it something you can live with?

The truth is that gun control isn’t an essential ingredient to combating domestic terrorism. It’s not even a particularly key ingredient. It’s just another excuse the Biden administration is willing to concoct to justify infringing on our Second Amendment rights.

Electrical Engineer Gets Five Years in Prison for Selling Missile Technology to China

U.S. District Judge John A. Kronstadt sentenced Yi-Chi Shih, 66, of Hollywood Hills, to 63 months—or more than five years—in prison for his role in the scheme. He was also ordered to pay $362,698 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the judge fined him $300,000.

Shih was arrested in January 2019 after he was found to have been involved in an illegal scheme to obtain monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) from an unnamed American company and smuggle them to the Chinese company Chengdu GaStone Technology (CGTC), which was placed on the Commerce Department’s Entity List in 2014.

He was convicted on one count of conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and the Export Administration Regulations.

China Threatens Nuclear War if U.S. Continues Investigating COVID-19 Origins.

The Chinese are warning about an impending nuclear war if the United States does not cease its investigation into the origins of the COVID pandemic. They warn that the Americans must call off their probe into the sources of the disease — a warning which has prompted many American analysts to conclude that the leaders in Beijing fear discovery of the truth: that they — the Chinese Communists — are the source of the pandemic.

The Chinese Communists have long experimented with bioweapons, and have apparently continued the nasty habit, both recruiting Western scientists and putting them to work on Chinese projects, and smuggling Westerners into projects within China itself. One of the world’s top China experts, British citizen Roger Garside, foresees a mounting crisis, since Beijing will have to confront a triple whammy:  a financial crisis, a moral vacuum, and widespread corruption. In an interview he gave recently about his new book, Garside summarized the situation grimly: China is outwardly strong but inwardly weak.

House Republican Presses Biden on Removal of Military Equipment From Middle East
Rep. Steil concerned Biden admin is making concessions to Iran amid nuclear negotiations

A Republican congressman is pressing the Biden administration to brief Congress on its decision to remove U.S. military equipment from the Middle East amid concerns the decision was part of a series of concessions offered to Iran during ongoing nuclear discussions.

The Biden Defense Department ordered the removal last month of several U.S. anti-missile batteries installed across the Middle East, citing the diminished threat from Iran. At least eight Patriot anti-missile systems were erected in allied countries—including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, and Kuwait—as part of the Trump administration’s bid to deter Iranian attacks.

Rep. Bryan Steil (R., Wis.), a member of the Republican Study Committee’s foreign affairs task force, is demanding the Biden administration brief Congress about its decision, which he worries could be part of an effort to appease Iran as nuclear talks stall in Vienna. The Biden administration has already provided Iran with a limited amount of relief from American sanctions, but Iran has been clear it wants more. The removal of this military equipment, Steil says, was pushed through even though Iranian-backed militants continue to attack U.S. allies and military assets in the region, including at least 100 strikes on Saudi Arabia this year alone. Iranian militias in Iraq also have taken responsibility for strikes on American targets in the country.

Steil suspects that allied countries in the Middle East privately objected to the decision, which also included the removal of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense anti-missile system from Saudi Arabia, a chief target for Iranian militants. The timing of the decision, which was made late last month as talks with Iran approached an impasse, is also fueling concerns the administration pulled the equipment to appease Tehran.

“We respectfully request a member of your administration provide a briefing to relevant congressional committees on all of the conversations between your administration and any countries that led to this action,” Steil wrote to President Joe Biden, according to a copy of the letter obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

“Americans have never really understood ideological warfare.”

Wokeness is sabotaging the military academies.

Professor Lynne Chandler Garcia recently published an op-ed in the Washington Post in which she defended indoctrinating her students on the concepts of critical race theory, or CRT.

Normally, this wouldn’t raise any eyebrows. A member of the intelligentsia teaching her students a boutique academic theory? Hardly shocking. What did get people’s attention was Garcia’s place of employment. None other than the U.S. Air Force Academy.

CRT presents a nebulous set of beliefs that encourage people to look at every issue through the prism of race. Its next step is to sort individuals into groups of “oppressors” and “oppressed.” It’s a poisonous ideology that accuses white people of being oppressors and asserts that minorities cannot succeed in America without perpetuating white supremacy.

At its core, CRT is a race-based way of looking at the world. Which is somewhat ironic for a philosophy ostensibly about “anti-racism!” It essentially advocates burning down those basic American structures, norms, and institutions that CRT theorists deem unacceptable. The goal? Undermining and ultimately replacing these norms and institutions.

One of those institutions on which CRT theorists have set their sights is the United States military.

As my Heritage colleagues Mike Gonzalez and Dakota Wood have previously explained, the creeping influence of CRT on the military jeopardizes the health and strength of the armed forces. Introducing CRT’s racial division and resentment will erode camaraderie. CRT will undermine the instrumental unity that is essential for the U.S. military to successfully protect our national interests. But CRT theorists are not content to just push these radical concepts on the force at large. They are working to indoctrinate the next generation of officers, as Garcia makes plain.

To be clear, informing cadets about controversial concepts is not the issue. Republican Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton echoed this sentiment at a recent Heritage event, saying that he would be surprised if a Western philosophy class did not cover Karl Marx and communism, given the impact of Marx’s ideology on world history.

The same is true of CRT. Making cadets aware of the concept is not the problem. Indoctrination and extensive academic focus is the problem. Just as professors at the service academies should not be endorsing communism in the classroom, they shouldn’t be endorsing CRT. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what is happening.

Pentagon contractor investigating ‘extremism’ says BLM web search raises concerns about White supremacy

The Pentagon is reportedly working with an extremism analysis company that considers the web search “the truth about Black Lives Matter” and others to be signs of interest in or engagement with White supremacism.

According to Defense One, the contractor Moonshot CVE, which has ties to the Obama Foundation, is working on data that would identify which military bases and branches have the most troops searching for domestic extremist content. While that particular project’s contours are unclear, the company previously released a June report, in conjunction with the left-leaning Anti-Defamation League, on purported “White supremacy trends in the United States.”

In it, the U.K.-based company said it “monitored a list of almost 1,600 indicators of interest in or engagement with White supremacism, focused specifically on anti-Black and anti-Semitic narratives being used by extremist groups.”

As examples, it listed the search phrases “George Floyd deserved to die,” “Jews will not replace us” and “the truth about black lives matter.”

For “the truth about black lives matter,” the group said: “This search suggests that the BLM movement has nefarious motives, and is a disinformation narrative perpetuated by White supremacist groups to weaponize anti-BLM sentiment.”

It adds: “While the search phrase appears innocuous, several books include it in their title and allege that the BLM movement is ‘joined with Antifa burning and looting.’ These sources echo White supremacist disinformation narratives alleging that BLM protesters are trying to ‘overthrow the republic’ and ‘harm American citizens in a Marxist coup,’ as a means of delegitimizing it. Multiple videos on YouTube also promote these narratives – in particular the criminalization of BLM – using the identical phrase.”

Moonshot did not respond to Fox News’ request for comment. Neither did the Defense Department.

It’s unclear why the Pentagon chose a U.K.-based company for monitoring purported U.S. extremism. The Center for Security Policy raised concerns about the company in an article last month in which it highlighted how Moonshot CEO Vidhya Ramalingam served as a leader in the Obama Foundation’s Europe program.

She also participated in a panel hosted by the highly controversial Southern Poverty Law Center and has ties to other left-leaning organizations. As the Center for Security Policy notes, she authored a paper that acknowledged financial support from Open Society Foundation, the group founded by liberal billionaire George Soros.

Iran says it has extracted guarantees from the United States that a full range of sanctions will be lifted, including those impacting Iran’s illicit oil trade, financial sector, state-controlled banks, automotive industry, aviation sector, and mining industry. Iran also claims the United States will suspend the implementation of several laws that have targeted Iran’s regional support for terrorist groups, including those in Syria. Iranian foreign minister Javad Zarif disclosed these concessions in a 264-page report sent to the country’s parliament this week, portions of which were translated from Farsi for the Washington Free Beacon.

While the extent of sanctions relief was widely reported in Iran’s state-controlled press, Zarif’s report has garnered little attention in the United States as the Biden administration attempts to sidestep questions about just how far the country will go in relieving pressure on Tehran’s economy. If the report is accurate, the number of new concessions goes even further than the original nuclear deal negotiated by the Obama administration.

Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Cori Bush of Missouri have yet to weigh in on Black Lives Matter declaring its support for Cuba’s communist regime, even though the congresswomen have been vocal BLM supporters in the past.

Black Lives Matter sparked a backlash late Wednesday after posting a statement that blasted the U.S. embargo and praised Cuba’s government.

“The people of Cuba are being punished by the U.S. government because the country has maintained its commitment to sovereignty and self-determination,” the statement said. “United States leaders have tried to crush this Revolution for decades.”

The statement also credited Cuba’s government for “protecting Black revolutionaries like Assata Shakur,” a convicted cop-killer who fled to Cuba after escaping from prison in 1979. BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors has repeatedly praised Shakur in the past.

Ocasio-Cortez and Omar are vocal supporters of BLM, while Bush was a BLM activist before joining Congress.

“In Minnesota, Black Lives Matter was on the ballot. George Floyd was on the ballot. Racial justice was on the ballot,” Omar wrote in a tweet after the November election. “The result? Record turnout, a swing towards Democrats and gains in the suburbs.”

The congressional offices for Omar, Ocasio-Cortez and Bush didn’t immediately return Fox News’ requests for comment.

BLM isn’t the only group allied with AOC to have praised the oppressive Cuban regime. The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), which counts Ocasio-Cortez and Bush among its members, appeared to signal its support for the Cuban regime this week.

Biden Is Right. This Is the Greatest Test of Our Democracy Since the Civil War

On July 13, while at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, President Biden declared, “We’re facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War. That’s not hyperbole. Since the Civil War.”

Without a doubt, President Biden is correct. America is facing unparalleled threats to our freedom and democracy. However, those threats are due to leftist policies, not election integrity laws.

Over the past few years, radical leftist policies that were deemed un-American not that long ago have entered the mainstream political discourse. Even worse, several of these policies are being put into action.

Consider.

Critical race theory, the antithesis of Martin Luther King’s dream for a colorblind society, has invaded the nation’s public schools, with strong backing from many Democratic politicians as well as influential organizations, such as the big teacher unions.

The federal government, with overwhelming backing from the Democratic Party, is on a mission to federalize the nation’s elections via the ill-named For the People Act (HR1). This is a direct attack upon America’s Constitution and system of state and local-run elections.

Many leftist politicians and powerful organizations have set their sights on gun control. They could not care less about the Second Amendment. At the same time, many of these same people support the ludicrous “defund the police” movement. They are also implementing policies such as “bail reform” that makes it nearly impossible to keep violent, dangerous criminals where they belong: off the streets and behind bars.

And, while these out-of-touch politicians intentionally make it less safe for us to walk the streets at night, they are constantly on their high horse all but forcing Americans to take an experimental vaccine that is under emergency use authorization. Just this week, the Biden administration announced it would begin a door-to-door campaign to verify Americans’ vaccine status.

This comes as the federal government has also ratcheted up its domestic surveillance program against any and all Americans who send text messages that criticize, let alone question, the veracity of the vaccine.

In fact, the left’s entire response to the pandemic has been a lesson in government overreach. From school shutdowns to mandatory business closures, many on the left have used the pandemic as an opportunity to wield more power over things they have absolutely no business in.

As if these threats to personal liberty were not enough, how about the dire economic threat posed by the left’s embrace of modern monetary theory? The Biden administration is proposing a $6 trillion budget blowout that would increase the size and scope of the federal government to levels never seen in U.S. history. Inflation is rising. Unemployment is rampant. And more Americans than ever before are now receiving some type of government benefit.

The left has also abandoned any pretenses of blind justice. Their embrace of activist judges, who seek to rewrite, as opposed to upholding, the Constitution is an affront to liberty. They are even pushing for packing the Supreme Court, something not tried since President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s notorious (and failed) court-packing scheme nearly a century ago.

Many on the left, politicians and activists, have even gone so far as to call the American flag a racist symbol. Many of these same people also demand reparations, a blatantly unconstitutional and un-American idea.

By no means is this list a full stock of the anti-democratic and anti-American policies many on the left are pushing these days. It is simply meant to highlight some of their most outrageous policy ploys.

The common denominator among these policies is simple: they are all offshoots of Marxism.

Yes, the modern left is becoming more and more Marxist before our very eyes. Their policies, rhetoric, and actions come from a Marxist vein.

The greatest threat to our democracy is not a bill that requires voters present a form of ID. It comes from the fact that one of our two major political parties, and their allies in the media, have embraced Marxism.

Well, as if anyone needed any more confirmation that demoncraps were nothing more than commie scum.

‘The Cuban People Will Be Free’: Congressman Introduces Resolution To Support Cuban Protests, Only Republicans Sign On

Rep. Mario Díaz-Balart (R-FL) introduced a resolution to support the Cuban people in their demands for freedom against “the brutal oppression of the Communist dictatorship in Cuba.”

Díaz-Balart — a Cuban-American — asked the international community to stand behind the recent protests against the island’s regime. Initial cosponsors for the House resolution include Steve Scalise (R-LA), Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Maria Elvira Salazar (R-FL), Carlos Gimenez (R-FL), Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY), Greg Steube (R-FL), Dan Crenshaw (R-TX), Byron Donalds (R-FL), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), and Liz Cheney (R-WY).

According to Díaz-Balart’s statement:

For 62 years, the Cuban people have struggled for freedom and human rights under a brutal, repressive dictatorship. On this day, which also coincides with the anniversary of the Tugboat Massacre, we also remember the regime’s decades of malevolence, including the Brothers to the Rescue Shoot-Down, the firing squads, torture, arbitrary arrests, killings, human trafficking, those who fled in makeshift rafts through shark-infested waters, and the many activists who have suffered or perished for simply daring to speak against the regime. The Cuban people will be free, and they will remember those who stood with them.
