Carjacker shot after jumping into SUV with woman

The shooting happened just a few feet away from the doors and the pumps at a Valero gas station around 1:15 a.m. Investigators say a male suspect in a black Ford F-150 was apparently involved in some kind of accident on the freeway, and pulled into the Valero.

An armed employee shot a suspect Wednesday afternoon during an attempted robbery at a Norman Oklahoma pharmacy, police said.
Shortly after 4:20 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting at Sooner Pharmacy in the 1800 block of West Lindsey Street. When officers arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound inside the business.
Home intruder shot by victim in Mesa
MESA, AZ — Police say a home invasion suspect was shot by a victim Friday morning in Mesa.
Authorities with the Mesa Police Department say a woman was at home alone when the man made his way inside. She was able to fire a weapon at the intruder, striking him.
