Biden Gets Lost Reading the Notes Written for Him by Someone Else, Babbles Incoherently to Stall for Time.

Elder abuse.

A curious tic Biden has, which Benny Johnson pointed out: He’s always saying he would “get in trouble” with staffers if he answers a question.

He means his handlers. That’s not my supposition, it’s what he clearly means when he says “I’d get into trouble if I answered another question” or “I’d get in trouble with Jake Sullivan if I answered that.”

He’s upfront admitting he’s being run by other people, that he’s not the real president and that he is at least aware enough to know he’s not the real president.

Videos below. Howie Carr discussed Biden’s advanced dementia a couple of days ago.

Dementia Joe Biden is on his grand tour of Europe, so this edition of the wit ‘n’ wisdom of the 46th president will not be called Weekend at Biden’s.Instead, it’s Joe Biden’s European Vacation.

When President Biden arrived in the United Kingdom, he spoke at a military base, which is one of his great pleasures. All dialogue guaranteed verbatim:

“There’s nothing that Jill and I and Joe enjoy more than spending time with our troops and their families wherever we go in the world.”

Last year he once introduced himself as Jill Biden. Now Biden apparently thinks of himself as two different people — “Joe and I.”

He saluted the British military, especially the “R.F.A.” He reiterated that America wants to avoid “confrict” with Russia. (At least this time he didn’t call the Russian president “Clutin.”)

Since his mental decline, he has always been clueless with numbers — this week he bragged about providing a “half a billion” free vaccines, then cut the number to “half a million,” before finally reverting back to the original “half billion doses that well be sending around the world to be produced in the United States.”

Sleepy Joe exhorted Americans to get their shots at the assorted “vaxin’ sites,” including your local “Y.M.C.” He changed the name of the disease yet again. What he sometimes calls “COVID 9” this week became “Globid COVID 19.”

As time goes on, Biden is more and more flummoxed by the letter “L.” Again this week he referred to the “American Rescue Pan.” Now, though, in addition to dropping “L,” he randomly adds the letter to words. He called for more so-called investments in climate change “to prevent the worst implacts” of climate change.

Then there was his trip to Tulsa to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa race massacre, which he said happened “a century aglow.”

In Tulsa he recalled meeting an elderly woman — “when she saw the insurrection on Jan. 9 it broke her heart.”

Yes, Mr. President, but what about the other “insurrection,” you know, the one on Jan. 6?

Biden bemoaned the fact that after 100 years, the survivors in Tulsa havent had “cloture.” Not closure, cloture.

Read the whole thing. Carr also quotes Biden as saying, “I keep forgettin’ I’m president,” which I rate as True.

Putin had proposed — probably facetiously — swapping suspected Russian hackers committing crimes against America for American hackers allegedly committing crimes against Russia.

Biden actually said he was willing to entertain sending American citizens to Russian gulags. The White House has been scrambling to walk back Biden’s openness to the plot all day.

Biden is “not saying he’s going to be exchanging cybercriminals with Russia,” White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said, speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Sunday, instead arguing criminals were already held to account in the United States.

“He didn’t say, ‘prisoner swap.’ What he was talking about was accountability and the idea that responsible countries should be held accountable to not harboring cybercriminals and to bring cybercriminals to justice.”

Except: He did say that.

“Yes, I’m open to, if there’s crimes committed against Russia that, in fact, people committing those crimes are being harbored in the United States, I’m committed to holding them accountable. I was told as I was flying here that he said that. I think that’s potentially a good sign of progress,” Biden said at a post-G-7 summit press conference in the United Kingdom on Sunday.

Note this response was in answer to a question which specifically referenced Putin’s offer of cross-extradition of hackers to the other countries’ justice systems.

If we agree on the extradition of criminals, then Russia will naturally do that but only if the other side, in this case, the United States, agrees to the same and will also extradite corresponding criminals to the Russian Federation,” Putin said according to Russian news agency TASS.

Biden explicitly said he was open to the possibility of reciprocal extradition — sending Americans to die in Russian gulags.

Now Jake Sullivan comes out and says he didn’t say the words “prisoner swap.” He did talk about swapping the extradition of criminals.

But the official word from the House of Lies is that he didn’t say “prisoner swap.”

I guess that’s another one of those things he’ll get in trouble for saying.

More Twitter addicts and leftwing NPCs rend their garments over the heresies of St. Jon of the Daily Show:

Update: Ah, it was Benny Johnson who noted Biden’s dementia-caused tic of always refusing to answer because it will “get him into trouble” with his handlers.
