University of Ottawa Professor Denis Rancourt, an expert on all-cause mortality, recently conducted a study on the excess mortality rates in vaccinated countries and estimated that 17 million people were killed by the COVID shots worldwide.
Young was charged with “dishonestly accessing Te Whatu Ora databases” and faces a maximum penalty of seven years jail, the NZ Post reported. He was granted bail when he appeared in Wellington District Court on Monday, and released Tuesday.
New Zealand’s Ministry of Health, meanwhile, obtained an emergency injunction to prevent the anonymized data from being shared.
Wasabi suspended Kirsch’s account with no notice on December 1 and MEGA subsequently deleted everything in McKernan’s account so all the links to his research in his Substack are now broken.
McKernan is one of the leading scientists involved in researching DNA contamination in the mRNA COVID vaccines. He said he woke up on December 4 to find that his entire MEGA account—$200,000 worth of medical genome data—had been deleted.
“All his data was permanently deleted and they wouldn’t give him a copy,” Kirsch reported on Tuesday.
Before he was arrested, Young explained why he leaked the information to Liz Gunn, Chair of New Zealand’s Loyal Party.
He said that as a data administrator for over 20 years, he understood data, but “this is different because we’re seeing human lives being destroyed.”
Young said that he was involved with creating an implementing a a vaccine payment system for providers in New Zealand. He explained that providers got a payment for every COVID vaccine dose administered.
He told Gunn part of his job was examining the data, and that he noticed “people dying almost straightaway after being injected.”
Young said that prompted his curiosity a bit, so he started digging a little deeper into the data.
“This data is a river of tears,” Young declared mournfully. “And I feel the pain so I can’t go on with it.”
He told Gunn the data clearly show that the COVID vaccines are leading to excess mortality in human beings, the universe’s “most precious creation” and “good people are not doing enough to stop it.”
“I’m going to prove that it is the vaccine that’s killing people. It’s got to be, there’s nothing else, there’s no other reason for it,” Young insisted. “They might try to claim it to be any number of different causes—the aging population or whatever—it’s not. This thing is a killer.”
On Monday, the court in Wellington was reportedly packed with people who “all stood and applauded as Young was brought out of the cells into the court.”
Young’s lawyer Matthew Hague sought bail and asked for the case to be remanded until later in the year.
Te Whatu Ora have confirmed Young remains an employee while an employment investigation is under way but has had no access to any systems or data since the employer found out about the breach on Thursday, Nov 30.
He has worked for Te Whatu Ora as a senior database administrator since 2018 according to his Linkedin page.
Young appeared on Info Wars with Alex Jones on Tuesday with Kirsch to tell his story.
He told Jones that he and Liz Gunn tried calling Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters to give him a heads up about his findings.
After getting nowhere by phone, he said he emailed Peters and told him that he had identified “massive red flag safety signals” showing that the vaccines are killing people. The statistician said he told him that after doing data analysis, he had determined there was “a 100 billion to one chance that they were not killing people.”
“I just said to him, in the name of humanity, you’ve got two choices. You can be on the right side of history, or you can choose to do nothing,” Young said. He added that in any other circumstance where safety signals had been identified, the boss would say, “let’s fix the problem.”
“What you wouldn’t expect your boss to do is suspend you immediately and then arrest you and then tell everyone else to just ignore everything, go back to work and ignore the pile of corpses,” he said.

Te Whatu Ora chief executive Margie Apa told the NZ Herald that Young is “no longer at work.”
“The individual has worked in the health system for a number of years. He was authorised to access data as part of his work and was locked out of our systems as soon as we became aware of the unauthorised use,” Apa said.
“What this individual is trying to claim about vaccines is completely wrong and ill-informed, and their comments demonstrate this. The person has no clinical background or expert vaccine knowledge and appears to be trying to spread misinformation,” Apa added.
She insisted that there is “no evidence whatsoever that vaccination is responsible for excess mortality in New Zealand.”
“Vaccination is safe and effective, and everyone should keep up to date with their shots to protect themselves, whānau and their communities,” Apa told the Herald.
Information obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request showed that 11,000 politicians elites in New Zealand were exempted from taking the vaccine, according to writer and podcaster Michael Gray Griffin, who made the claim during a conversation with doctor Paul Oosterhuis and Gunn.
“That’s staggering,” Griffin said. “So even though they’ve been exempt, they’re just pushing and saying “it’s safe and effective” and they don’t know because they haven’t taken it.”
